Research On The Practice Of Physical Education In Primary And Secondary Schools In Changchun Under The Group School Running Mode

Firstly,through the literature analysis of the collectivization of physical education in primary and secondary schools at home and abroad.According to the existing research results,explain the connotation of group school running from the theoretical level,systematically explain the organizational characteristics and development background of group school running,and clarify the nature of group school running.Secondly,using the methods of literature and questionnaire,this paper makes a case analysis of XX school in Changchun,makes an empirical analysis on the elements such as school physical education curriculum,management mechanism,students and teachers,explores and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of collectivization,and analyzes the problems in the process,which are mainly reflected in the simple organizational structure of sports management Lack of unified internal management,low proportion of PE teachers,single educational structure,uneven distribution of resources within the group,insufficient investment in sports funds,and imperfect PE teacher evaluation system and PE teacher group flow system.The conclusions and Enlightenment of the study are as follows.First,the development concept of Changchun Education Group is advanced,which provides high-quality teaching resources for schools and plays a great role in solving the problems of students.Second,the sharing of high-quality sports resources in the school running and development of Changchun Education Group,the overall evaluation of sports management and the evaluation system of physical education teachers in schools within the group need to be reformed and optimized.Third,Changchun Education Group adheres to the guiding ideology of the development of characteristic sports in schools.Pay attention to the development of school physical education in education groups and school districts,and create schools with distinctive physical education characteristics and advantages.However,the development and construction of existing professional sports projects in each member school is relatively weak,which simply imitates the management experience,and there is a problem of homogenization to a certain extent.We should strive to guide and improve the development of school physical education as a whole.
