The health of primary and secondary school students will be taken seriously by the state.According to the guiding ideology of education and health first,adding sports games into school PE curriculum will increase the diversity and interest of school curriculum.Let students have a strong interest in sports,so that it is easy to master the content in depth.In physical education courses,let students feel the pleasure and enjoyment brought by it while participating in sports.Teachers should make clear the teaching plan and teaching method and cultivate their will to exercise for life,which is of great importance to achieve the ideal educational goal.The implementation of game-based teaching can stimulate students' learning motivation to a certain extent,and also cultivate students' spirit of facing difficulties and not being afraid of setbacks,which can promote students' enthusiasm in participating in sports.Thus it can be seen that game-based teaching is of great significance to the development of students' physiological,psychological and sports autonomous learning effect and the realization of teaching goals.Through practice and exploration,it is proved that gamification teaching has an impact on students,greatly improves their learning quality,cultivates their interest and attitude towards sports,and provides a reference for enriching and improving physical education teaching methods.In this study,two classes of eighth grade students from Pucheng No.2 Middle School in Weinan City were selected as the main experimental subjects,carried out the 12 week game teaching experiment of activity,The methods of literature,questionnaire,experiment and mathematical statistics were used,the analysis of two kinds of methods to the students autonomous learning,sports interest,physique and sports technology.Independent learning,sports interest,physical fitness and sports technology were tested before and after the experiment.Various data collected will be counted by independent sample T test and bivariate correlation analysis to analyze the influence of gamification teaching on PE autonomous learning of junior two students.Conclusion:1.After the implementation of gamification teaching,the learning motivation and attitude of the students in the experimental group have obviously changed.After the experiment,there was also a significant difference in the level of autonomous learning of physical education between the two groups,and the experimental group was better than the control group.2.Through the evaluation of interest scale,gamification teaching can stimulate students' interest in learning and enhance their subjective awareness of participating in sports.Therefore,the use of gamification teaching methods is conducive to improving the level of students' autonomous learning in sports.3.Through the teaching experiment,the results of both the experimental group and the control group have improved,but the experimental group's performance is better than that of the control group.Therefore,the use of gamification teaching methods is conducive to improving the learning effect of students' motor skills.Students' physical fitness indicators and motor skills test results are positively correlated with students' autonomous learning level of physical education.Suggestion:1.Teachers should actively guide students to learn how to play games until students want to actively play games.In the process of actively playing games,teachers should gradually increase students' interest in learning,and gradually change from actively playing games to active learning.2.Physical education teachers should understand the physical characteristics and mastery of movement skills of different children,guide and practice each child in a targeted manner,and adhere to the teaching principle of teaching students according to their aptitude.And to strengthen classroom management,improve teaching quality.3.Gamification teaching and traditional teaching have their own advantages and disadvantages.In teaching,the unique advantages of gamification teaching should be fully utilized,and scientific application in practice should improve the level of students' autonomous learning in physical education.
