Purpose: Sports exercise on the physical and mental health of teenagers development plays an important role, this article focuses on teenagers junior middle school stage facing the time distribution of learning pressure and must be in tension of contradictions in the physical exercise,to explore the analysis of physical exercise, the relationship between learning ability and academic performance, with the help of the students' learning ability in the performance of memory and concentration,Find the pathway between physical exercise and academic performance, and use scientific data to support the positive effect of physical exercise on academic performance. It provides reference for reasonable arrangement of time and energy for physical exercise and study. In this study, the attention and memory of middle school students were evaluated experimentally by using the adolescent attention detection tool and two kinds of n-Back task paradigm. Will detect data and basic exercise of physical activity questionnaire investigation and study on the relationship between the achievements of the students' academic level, studying whether physical exercise and middle school students' learning ability and academic performance are related, the impact on the ability to learn whether for middle school students form the mediating role of physical exercise and academic performance, the analysis of the data processing after the following results:(1)In terms of gender differences, the exercise level of male students was significantly higher than that of female students. There was a significant difference between male and female students in exercise intensity and time, but the score of periodic exercise frequency of female students was very similar to that of male students. In terms of total scores, female students had significantly higher scores than male students, but their math scores did not conform to the overall trend of academic performance under gender differences.Although female students were higher than male students, the difference was almost the same.In terms of attention, there is no significant difference between male and female in the total score. In terms of memory,in n=2 N-back memory test, male students are better than female students because of their faster reaction time.(2)There was a significant positive correlation between the amount of physical exercise(X <43)and the academic performance.Among the three grades, the students with moderate intensity physical exercise demonstrate the best academic achievement.(3)There was a significant correlation between attention diversion ability and academic achievemen, and attention diversion ability completely mediated the effect of physical exercise on academic achievement.(4)Memory ability could not mediate the effect of physical exercise on academic performance, but memory ability had a significant positive correlation with academic performance. Conclusion: There is a colossal difference between boys and girls in exercise, but the number of exercise is basically the same, the difference is mainly reflected in the intensity and duration of exercise. Conclusion: Compared with girls, boys in junior high school exercise more intensely, and gender differences in attention and n=1 small load memory ability have no significant difference.Middle school students with moderate intensity of physical exercise have the best academic performance, and there is an optimal range of the impact of physical exercise on academic performance.Physical exercise had no significant effect on learning ability memory. The ability of attention transfer is the mediating variable of physical exercise influencing academic achievement and plays a complete mediating role.
