In recent years,relevant documents show that the physical and mental health of teenagers has been concerned.The addition of sports to the project of "moral education" and the establishment of the guiding ideology of "health first" show that the state attaches great importance to the physical and mental health of young people.Middle school students are in the critical period of growth and development,during which they are under greater pressure to enter school,so they need to have better psychological quality to face various tests,students may ignore physical exercise while learning,so it is important to promote the healthy development of middle school students.Relevant studies have shown that physical exercise can promote the development of students' positive psychological quality,but the mechanism of physical exercise to promote the development of positive psychological quality is not perfect,exploring the mechanism of physical exercise to promote the development of students' positive psychological quality and the formation of sound personality has an important role.This study adopts questionnaire survey,the survey was conducted among 522 students of four liaocheng city high school,through the collected data,physical exercise on high school students,the positive psychological quality,social support and self-efficacy status and the relationship between four is analyzed,and explore whether social support and self-efficacy in physical exercise and intermediary effect between positive psychological quality,The following conclusions are drawn:(1)The social support and positive psychological quality of middle school students are above medium level,the amount of physical exercise is at medium low level,and the sense of self-efficacy is at medium level.(2)The positive psychological quality,social support and self-efficacy of middle school students are different under different amount of physical exercise,and the positive psychological quality,social support and self-efficacy of middle school students are the best on the large amount of physical exercise.(3)There is a significant correlation between physical exercise,positive psychological quality,social support and self-efficacy.(4)Physical exercise can positively predict social support,self-efficacy and positive psychological quality of middle school students;Social support positively predicted positive psychological quality and self-efficacy.Self-efficacy has a positive predictive effect on positive psychological quality.(5)Both social support and self-efficacy played a partial mediating role in the influence of physical exercise on the positive psychological quality of middle school students.(6)Social support and self-efficacy play a chain mediating role in the influence of physical exercise on the positive psychological quality of middle school students.Specifically,subjective support and self-efficacy play a chain mediating role in the influence of physical exercise on the positive psychological quality of middle school students.
