In the context of the new era,the physical and mental health of middle school students is highly valued by society,while traditional psychology tends to diagnose and treat injuries that have not met the intervention and response of students 'physical and mental development in physical education.Positive mental health education is affecting the field of education with a vigorous development.This article aims to tap the potential and promote excellence in physical education,so that middle school students can actively respond to various problems faced in physical education,improve the quality of physical education,and improve the self-cognition,emotion and experience of junior high school students.This article uses literature data method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method and text analysis method to investigate the current status of positive psychological quality cultivation in the basic link of physical education in junior middle school in Yantai City.Starting from teachers and students,teachers 'self-literacy,The five major aspects of teaching goal design,teaching content,teaching methods and approaches,and teaching evaluation were investigated and analyzed,and the in-depth analysis of the deficiencies and shortcomings of positive psychological quality training in junior middle school physical education in Yantai City.The study reached the following conclusions:(1)physical teachers have insufficient cognition of positive psychological quality;(2)the design of teaching objectives pays too much attention to cognitive skills;(3)the content of teaching emphasizes cognition and impartial quality training;(4)teaching methods and approaches rely on traditional lack of innovation;(5)the lack of emotion in teaching evaluation,Beyond the cultivation of quality.According to the survey results,combined with the actual situation of the implementation of physical education in junior high schools in Yantai City,the following suggestions are proposed:(1)Schools should carry out positive psychological education and training on physical education to encourage physical education teachers to improve their positive psychological quality;(2)in physical education Reasonably develop relevant quality training content,from physical-ledcategory to skill-led category;(3)Increase the focus on the formation of positive psychological quality in teaching,formulate teaching plans,and pay attention to the positive quality of students from all aspects of physical education Formation;(4)Cultivate students' positive subjective awareness,attach importance to internalized education,guide the lifelong awareness of sports,and create a happy background for the long-term development of physical education.
