Research On The Professional Capacity Building Of "licensed Social Workers" In Street Dwellings

The street residence “certified social worker” is an important part of social work professionals and plays an important role in community governance.Their professional competence is related to the quality of community governance.Under the background of China's efforts to develop social work and strengthen the building of a talented team of social workers,their professional capabilities must not be overlooked.This article mainly studies from three aspects: professional value,professional skills and professional knowledge.From the perspective of the professional capacity of street residence “certified social workers” in the S district of Qingdao,Their service concept is still dominated by administrative thinking and cannot be completely separated from the government's administrative work.The use of professional methods cannot be flexibly handled,which is related to professional backgrounds where most of them do not have social work.Insufficient mastery of professional knowledge also affects their professional ability.At present,the measures for professional capacity building in S districts are not obvious for their professional capabilities.The lack of initiative in personnel participation,targeted education and training,supporting conditions for the use of capabilities,and the lack of a mutually reinforcing professional environment are all problems in capacity building.This can be improved in many ways,Such as improving incentive policies to increase workers' enthusiasm,improving education and training methods to improve training effectiveness,giving full play to the role of professional supervision,innovating the "detached station" service,strengthening the cooperation with universities,and playing the role of industry associations,etc.Strengthen the professional capacity-building of “certified social workers” at street level through various levels,and promote professional capabilities to play professional roles for them.
