The reform of biology curriculum mainly aims at cultivating students' core literacy,especially the reform of teachers' teaching methods and students' learning methods,which is the key to realize the achievement of subject core literacy.In addition,because of the superficial teaching content and noisy learning activities,easily leading to superficial and scattered learning,students is lack of the awareness,methods and ability of deep learning,which hinders seriously the overall development of students.This shows that promoting students' deep learning to achieve the core literacy of biology is not only the appeal of the era,but also the realistic need.Therefore,this paper aims to lead students to deep learning,explore the practical path of PBL joint mind mapping promotes students' deep learning in biology.This study combines PBL with mind mapping,which is applied to biology class in high school,so as to promote the deep learning of senior three student in biology,and carries out the following research:(1)By consulting and studying a large number of domestic and foreign periodicals and books that relate to deep learning and PBL joint mapping,insight into the relevant concepts and research status,and propose the teaching process of PBL joint mind mapping promotes deep learning;(2)Based on this process,according to the teaching situation of the selected experimental schools,three review lessons of "transmission and expression of genetic information","immune regulation" and "structure and succession of community" are selected as study examples;(3)Questionnaire method and interview method are used to investigate biology teachers and students in senior grade three of the experimental school about the teachers' cognition and attitude towards PBL joint mapping and students' attitude towards deep learning;(4)Through the questionnaire survey,performance analysis,teaching process analysis,mind mapping analysis,etc.this paper discusses the practical results,shortcomings and problems that should be paid attention to when using PBL joint mind mapping to promote students' deep learning in biology teaching.The main results are as follows:(1)Put forward the teaching process of PBL joint mind mapping promotes deep learning,which is divided into three stages: preparation,process and summary;(2)Status survey results show that most biology teachers of the experimental school complete round review teaching by using the teaching method,but they also support the application of PBL joint mind mapping in review lessons,and put forward the proposal suggestions;Due to the influence of many factors,the biology learning of students of senior three in experimental schools is generally in a shallow learning state;(3)After teaching practice,the average scores of students in the two monthly exams are significantly higher than before(P<0.05),the pass rate and excellent rate are also improved,the overall scores of students shifts to higher section;(4)Before and after the implementation of PBL joint mind mapping,students' self-assessment shows significant differences in the four aspects that including “learning engagement,understanding and criticism,reorganization and construction,migration and application”,among which the significance of reorganization and construction is the highest,and the mean value of the four dimensions after teaching practice are all close to four,that is,the overall depth was obvious.It indicates that students recognize relatively their deep learning behavior in the class of senior three after the teaching implementation of PBL joint mind mapping;(5)Analysis of the students' mind mapping work,founding that students can use properly mind mapping to determine theme for presenting problem,organize knowledge for analyzing problem,and integrate information for solving problem in the process of problem solving,This suggests that PBL joint mind map teaching is beneficial for student to complete the construction and application of knowledge,and promote student enter the level of deep learning.In conclusion,the application of PBL joint mind mapping in biology teaching of senior three students is feasible to a certain extent and effective,which can promote the deep learning of biology of students to a certain extent.
