Research On The Cultivation Of Law Consciousness Of High School Students In The Module Of Politics And Rule Of Law

With the proposal and implementation of the strategy of ruling the country by law,higher requirements have been put forward for the teaching of ideological and political courses in senior high schools.Cultivating senior high school students’ awareness of the rule of law plays a very positive role in improving citizens’ legal literacy.Therefore,it is particularly important to strengthen the cultivation of senior high school students’ legal consciousness.By interviewing some ideological and political teachers in middle schools,this paper conducts a questionnaire survey on the current status of the awareness of rule of law among senior high school students,explores the status quo and puts forward solutions according to the obtained data,in order to provide concrete and feasible suggestions for the cultivation of the awareness of rule of law in the classroom teaching of politics and rule of law module in current senior high school.This paper is divided into three parts:The first part is the content and significance of cultivating students’ consciousness of rule of law in the module of politics and rule of law in senior high school.Combined with the relevant content of "Ideological and Political Curriculum Standard for Ordinary Senior High Schools（2017 Edition,2020 Revision）"（hereinafter referred to as the "new curriculum Standard"）,this paper expounds four contents of cultivating legal consciousness;In the form of table,clearly list the specific content involved in the three modules of politics and rule of law module in senior high school;At the same time,combined with the development of The Times,points out the importance of cultivating senior high school students’ legal consciousness.The second part is the analysis of the current situation of the cultivation of students’ consciousness of rule of law in the module of politics and rule of law in senior high school.By interviewing teachers in ×× middle school and conducting a questionnaire survey among students,the problems existing in the four aspects of teaching philosophy,teaching methods,curriculum resources and teaching practice are discussed.Based on the survey data,this paper analyzes the current status of senior high school students’ awareness of the rule of law from four perspectives: the theory of the rule of law,the cognition of the rule of law,the practice of the rule of law and the interest in studying the law.The third part,the way of cultivating students’ consciousness of rule of law in the module of politics and rule of law in senior high school.Taking politics teaching as the carrier,this paper expounds in detail that the cultivation of legal consciousness must change the teaching idea and strengthen students’ legal consciousness.Must innovate the teaching method,develops the student study potential;Curriculum resources must be developed to enhance students’ legal ability;We must pay attention to the second class to bridge theory and practice,so as to truly and effectively enhance the cultivation level of legal consciousness.
