Research On Cultivating Students' Consciousness Of Rule Of Law In High School Politics

The fourth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee adopted the Decision of the CPC Central Committee on Some Major Issues concerning Comprehensively Advancing the rule of law,marking that the CPC has raised the rule of law to an unprecedented level and incorporated the rule of law into the "Four Comprehensives" strategy.The Political Curriculum Standards of Ordinary High Schools(2017 Revision 2020)takes the cultivation of legal awareness of high school students as an important aspect of the core literacy of high school political courses.Therefore,it is of great significance to give full play to the advantages of high school politics course and cultivate the consciousness of rule of law for cultivating students' thinking of rule of law,implement the core quality of high school politics course and realize the comprehensive rule by law.Based on the basis of teaching practice,this thesis uses questionnaire survey and interview method,which is divided into three parts: introduction,text and conclusion.The introduction introduces the research background and research significance,expounds the research status quo,research ideas and methods,and points out the innovation points and shortcomings.The text mainly contains the following three parts: The first part is the high school politics course students to cultivate the awareness of the rule of law overview.This thesis discusses the basic connotation of rule of law consciousness and summarizes the basic requirement of cultivating students' consciousness of law is to guide students to master the knowledge of law;to guide students to respect the law;to establish the concept of law abiding and to guide students to improve usage ability.From the perspective of students,the subject core literacy and the country,the significance of cultivating students' awareness of rule of law.The second part,on the basis of questionnaire survey and interview,explains the problems and reasons of cultivating students' awareness of the rule of law in high school politics course.According to the analysis,the cultivation of rule of law is caused by the lack of law,and the degree of usage ability.The causes of the analysis are that teachers 'ability to explore resources needs to be improved;teachers pay insufficient attention to the experience situation;students' rapid physical and mental development increases the difficulty of law cultivation;students' lack of legal awareness.The third part for high school politics training students problems in the consciousness of the rule of law,from the mining teaching resources to broaden the channels of student research method,optimize teaching activities to cultivate students emotion,optimization teaching case set up students law-abiding concept,extracurricular practice improve students usage ability,targeted solutions,hope to the cultivation of the rule of law consciousness provide some reference and reference.
