Oral communication is listed as one of the important abilities for students to develop.The Chinese curriculum standard lists "oral communication" as one of the five modules,but the teaching of oral communication has the phenomenon of "marginalization","emphasis on text over language" and "listening more and speaking less".With the unified use of the unified edition textbooks in the whole country,how to seek new development for oral communication teaching and improve students' oral communication ability,these are the problems that teachers need to explore.In recent years,drama in education has been applied to subject teaching by virtue of the characteristics of "learning and entertaining".Relevant studies have shown that the concept of drama in education is consistent with the teaching of Chinese subjects.Based on this,the researchers tried to apply drama in education to the teaching of oral Chinese communication in primary schools,and explored whether the application of drama in education could improve the current situation of oral Chinese communication teaching in primary schools and the learning effect of students,so as to provide a reference for improving primary school Chinese oral communication teaching.In this study,students in the second grade(4)of the s primary school in Z city were selected as the research objects,and 4 students were randomly selected as the observation objects.The entire action research lasted five months and was divided into three phases:preparation,action,and post-production.In the preparatory stage of action research,questionnaires and interviews are used to diagnose the oral communication problems of the research subjects,and the action research process is planned and designed.The action process is divided into three rounds.The first round is the preliminary exploration stage.The strategy of drama in education is selected according to the theme content and students' learning situation,the first round of teaching plans are formulated and implemented,and the application of drama in education is understood through classroom observation;the second round is In the revision and adjustment stage,the application of drama in education was adjusted to solve the shortcomings of the first round of student interaction;the third round was the improvement and optimization stage,focusing on the balance between "expression" and "thinking",consolidating and enhancing the effect of oral communication teaching activities of drama in education.At the same time,before and after the action research,a questionnaire survey was conducted on the research subjects,and the oral communication skills of the observation subjects were tested.Through three rounds of teaching practice research,it is found that: on the one hand,the application of drama in education can improve the current situation of Chinese oral communication teaching in primary schools,which is manifested in changing the traditional teaching concept,creating real situational experience,highlighting the dominant position of students,and creating a new model of teacher-student interaction.On the other hand,the application of drama in education can improve the learning effect of primary school students' oral language communication.Based on the research results and application reflection,the researcher will put forward suggestions from the perspectives of teaching preparation,teaching implementation,teaching evaluation and the application of drama in education.in teaching preparation:1.Understand the teaching methods of educational drama;2.Expand teaching objectives based on textbooks;3.Design drama strategies according to difficult points.In terms of teaching implementation:1.pay attention to the transition of classroom teaching methods;2.the relationship between students' viewing and performance needs to be reasonably arranged;3.the time for each teaching link needs to be balanced.In teaching evaluation,enrich the evaluation subject of oral communication.In the application of drama in education:1.Warm-up interaction,penetrate the elements of oral communication;2.Teachers enter the play to create oral communication situations;3.Role-play,accumulate oral communication experience;4.Discuss and practice,build communication and mufti-directional interaction.
