At present,both academic education research and national education policy are actively promoting oral communication teaching to cultivate people with good oral communication ability in an all-round way,and emphasize the students' personal experience in the teaching process.From this point of view,the experiential teaching of oral communication is not only the teaching method advocated by the new curriculum reform,but also the need of the new curriculum reform,and is an important way to achieve the goal of Chinese oral communication teaching.Of this study is to adopt the mode of cooperation with front-line teachers,primary school Chinese oral communication experience type teaching action research,the research purpose is to explore how the experiential teaching oral communication in the classroom,how to make the experience type teaching advantages to the full performance,lets the student can maximize "experience",make the students' interest in learning oral communication and confidence was improved,oral communication ability get promoted.This study was conducted in the following steps:In order to ensure the smooth development of the research,firstly define the related concepts of oral communication and experiential teaching,and analyze the necessity and feasibility of implementing experiential teaching in oral communication class of primary school Chinese.In order to ensure the orderly progress of the research,an action plan is designed according to the actual situation.Firstly,research objects are selected.Secondly,problems are found through interviews,classroom observation and questionnaire survey,and the causes of the problems are found out.Finally,on this basis,research hypotheses and action plans are proposed to solve the problem.According to the designed plan,the theory and practice of education are integrated through action research.In the process of practice,the plan is constantly reflected and adjusted according to the action research model of plan design-action-action-reflection-re-action,and the application method of experiential teaching in the oral Chinese communication class of primary school is gradually explored.After the action study,summarize and reflect on the research results.After two rounds of action research,it is found that experiential teaching is an effective teaching method.It can help teachers change teaching concepts,improve teaching ability,improve students' participation and autonomy,and enable students to obtain more sense of accomplishment and fun in learning.Experiential teaching action research has effectively improved the teaching quality of oral communication and is an effective way to organically integrate educational theory and practice.Finally,reflect on the whole process of action research.At the end of the study,this paper expounds the research conclusions,and on this basis,gives some Suggestions on how to implement the experiential teaching of oral Chinese communication in primary schools.
