The rapid development of the economy pushes the progress of urbanization construction in our country.During the turning period of the national urban construction,a large number of traditional agriculture area gradually towards the modernization of agriculture,industry and service industry as the support of new rural or urban.This is an important transitional period,in this process,the demand for talents,requires of the education reform and development.School is the main position of education,and the quality of school education directly affects the effectiveness of quality education.The class,as the basic unit of the school education activities,the class construction directly affects the quality of the students.Class management is an important part of class construction,including the relationship between the subject and object of management philosophy and management method etc.To some extent,class management,as the most basic form of school management,directly determines the success or failure of school management and the quality of education.Our country is an agricultural country,the agricultural population accounts for a large proportion,therefore,the quality of education in rural areas is the key of improving the national education standard.Though rural areas gradually walk towards the transformation of urbanization,gradually turning the past form of agricultural to an industrial pattern transformation,accumulating a strong economic strength,and the expanded space configuration is rapidly,in terms of school education,with the development of the economy,it absorbs a lot of excellent student and teacher resources,so the school construction has made new progress,however,transformation of education will inevitably face the problems of backward education idea,the lack of the management system,and many other problems,these problems will be more and more obviously with the appearance of the school merging,and trailing children' entrance."Fine management" was first put forward and applied in the management of TOYOTA enterprise in 1950 s.In recent years,fine management has gradually been applied to other fields,including the field of education.With the acceleration of urbanization,school education is facing new challenges,whether the quality of students or teachers influences the class management in different degrees,especially the school located in the urban fringe is affected more obviously.The school management and class management achieve less,which is a common problem lying in class management at present.The author found that the reasons for the poor performance are due to the lack of attention in the details of education.Therefore,it is necessary to use the "fine management" mode in the class management of the school,and try to find out some helpful philosophy of education and useful mode of management.This research is based on the domestic and foreign research,using the method of investigation,interview and case analysis and other methods.It takes Qingdao XX middle school as a sample to study for a period of three years,and try to explore the problems and find out the causes of the management of the class,then try to promote fine class management strategies to manage the classes effectively from many aspects,looking forward to providing some useful ideas for the reform of junior high school class management.This paper consists of four parts,the first part is intensive management: in the context of urbanization,the title of junior middle school class management is important.It defines some concepts,the urbanization,class management and fine management of class.It expounds the main points of junior high school class management under the background of urbanization and emphasizes the necessity and importance of the implementation of fine class management from the perspective of the all-round development of people,the level of class management and the quality of personnel training.The second part is research on the current situation of intensive management in junior high school under the background of urbanization.Taking Qingdao XX middle school as the research sample,I conduct a deep survey of the headteachers and students in different grades,and find out that there still are some problems in class management philosophy,management content,management means,management system and management evaluation,etc.In the process of transformation from "extensive management" to "fine management",school leaders and teachers can realize the importance of management mode,and try to practice the philosophy of the “fine management” in the practical educational activities,but because of the lack of experience,the practice brings about the abnormal development of fine management and some abuses,such as formalism.On the one hand,it's not good for effective teaching management.On the other hand,it has an adverse effect impact aggravating the deviation between school construction concept and practice,leading to division of organization.The third part is the analysis of the causes of fine management in junior middle school in the context of urbanization.Based on the attribution analysis of the problems of class management in the context of urbanization mentioned in the second part,this study mainly discusses and analyses from the four dimensions of the social environment,schools,teachers and students.The background of examination has forced people to use "extensive management" as a means to improve the scores to achieve the goal,suppress the students' personality development,the quality of the managers is the core factor,and it has something to do with the height of school leadership and the professional quality of teachers themselves.Besides,students are in the period of juvenile judgment.There are contradictions in the development of many aspects of body and mind,so the managers need to be patient and active.The fourth part is the optimization principle and strategy of fine management level of junior high school class.This part aims at the reasons for the problems in class management process,carries out in-depth study and puts forward the strategy of optimizing the "refined" management of junior middle school class.In the principle of guiding principle,humanism principle and benefit optimization principle,the managers should learn the management concept of people-oriented and target management to improve the quality of themselves.The managers also should widen the contents of class management,paying attention to not only the scores,but also to students' mental health and other things.In this way,they can ensure students' all-round development and sound development.Besides,the managers should adopt effective management methods,democratic management and independent management in parallel.Then the managers should enrich the class management system,ensuring the class management has the law to obey,has something to do.At the same time,the managers can adopt diversified class evaluation to have a measure of the ruler to find the bright spot for each student to help them grow up happily.Education activities are individualized activities.How to expand them effectively,the writer thinks that it's a huge challenge for every educator.This study aims to study fine management intensively to make class management more systematic,standardized and scientific.So the level of class management can be further improved and played a more important role in the talent cultivation of school education.
