The subject of geography has the characteristics of regional and comprehensive, and integrated thinking occupies an important position in the subject of geography;when analyzing geographical things and phenomena, the interaction and mutual influence between the elements of geographical things and phenomena are often analyzed comprehensively with the region as the carrier. The General High School Geography Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition)proposes integrated thinking as one of the core literacies, which is the way of thinking and ability to use an integrated view to understand the geographical environment;the Chinese College Entrance Examination Evaluation System proposes to focus on the examination of core literacies, and integrated thinking as one of the core literacies of geography becomes the focus of the examination of the college entrance examination geography questions. Therefore, how to cultivate students' integrated thinking literacy becomes an important issue in geography teaching. The study uses literature research method, statistical analysis method, and case study method to analyze the characteristics of the 2017-2021 National III paper geography test questions on integrated thinking in terms of the number of questions, scores, level levels, dimensions, carriers, essential knowledge, key abilities, and typical test questions;the test paper analysis method is used to analyze students' integrated thinking The current situation and problems of students' comprehensive thinking quality are analyzed by using the test paper analysis method, and the teaching and preparation suggestions of comprehensive thinking are proposed according to the examination characteristics of the college entrance examination questions and the current situation of students' comprehensive thinking quality. The findings of the study are as follows.(1)The proportion of test questions on integrated thinking is significant, the level of integrated thinking is mainly at level 2 and level 3,and the dimensions of the test are mainly elemental and spatio-temporal integration, and in the test questions on elemental integration,two-factor integration and multi-factor integration are mainly tested.Spatio-temporal synthesis is often combined with elemental synthesis, while local synthesis is combined with elemental synthesis and spatio-temporal synthesis. The test carrier is based on the small and medium scale to set the test situation, and the life practice situation is the main. The necessary knowledge is focused on geographical connection, geographical features and differences, among which the location factors of industry and agriculture, the integrity of the physical geographic environment and geographical differentiation are essential knowledge. The examination of key abilities is often combined with the examination, focusing on a key ability, and the test questions that test the ability to mobilize and apply geographical knowledge are the most, followed by the ability to describe and elaborate geographical things.For,36 questions in 2017,36 questions in 2021,37 questions from the comprehensive thinking examination dimension to start the analysis, the test questions mainly from the comprehensive analysis of elements and correlation analysis test the elements of the comprehensive, from the static spatial distribution pattern and dynamic time change test the spatio-temporal comprehensive, from the dialectical analysis dimension test the local comprehensive.(2)Students have difficulties in understanding the process knowledge of geography, and in answering the questions, their logic is confused and incomplete, and they cannot accurately describe the process of spatial migration of geographic events from the sequence of time and space development.Secondly, the analysis of elements is not comprehensive, the correlation between elements is not accurate, and the analysis of element levels is not clear. There are also problems of unclear spatial and temporal understanding and inaccurate local generalization.(3)According to the examination characteristics of the college entrance examination questions and the current situation of students' comprehensive thinking literacy, teaching and test preparation suggestions are made from the three dimensions of comprehensive thinking.Students should be guided to analyze the spatial distribution pattern of geographical things and phenomena from a static perspective and the evolution process of geographical things from a dynamic perspective to cultivate students' spatio-temporal synthesis;and use problem-based teaching to cultivate students' local synthesis. In the preparation of the examination, attention should be paid to the selection of real situation test questions combined with current affairs hotspots,to enhance students' key abilities in the process of solving geographic problems, and to analyze the problem solving ideas by using concept maps,so as to help students clarify the inner connection between key information and necessary knowledge in the materials. In conclusion, through the analysis of the comprehensive thinking type test questions of the college entrance examination geography test and the analysis of the current situation of students' comprehensive literacy, reasonable teaching and test preparation suggestions are put forward according to the analysis results, which can provide reference for secondary school geography teaching. The subject of geography has the characteristics of regional and comprehensive, and integrated thinking
