Study On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Arge Recess Sports Activities In Guiyang Senior High School

High school students have heavy learning burden,high pressure and relatively little exercise time.Large recess sports activities are an important part of high school students' one-hour exercise every day.They occupy the general goal of one hour of exercise every day and play an important role in improving students' physical quality.In addition,large recess sports activities are conducive to cultivating students' sports interests and habits,and also build a solid foundation for students to develop the habit of lifelong sports.Based on the professional knowledge learned in sports,the relevant knowledge from CNKI database,and the previous research methods and results,this study investigates the sports activities among classes in senior high schools in Guiyang by means of questionnaire and interview,and analyzes the existing problems.According to the situation of Guiyang senior high school,this paper puts forward targeted solutions,so as to enrich the content and diversify the forms of recess sports activities in Guiyang senior high school in the future,and provide reference materials for the future study of recess sports activities in Guiyang senior high school.Using various research methods such as interview,questionnaire,literature and mathematical statistics,Study Guiyang high school large recess sports activities as the research object,and selects 12 senior high schools from Huaxi District,Baiyun District,Wudang District,Nanming District,Yunyan District and Guanshanhu District of Guiyang.After the investigation of participation purposes and attitudes,organization forms,courts and equipment,funds,and the contents of activities,this thesis drew conclusions as followings:(1)On the whole,Guiyang high school's large recess sports activities are operating well.Schools can actively carry out them in accordance with relevant regulations.School leaders also support large recess sports sports activities.Physical education teachers also actively complete the creation and teaching of activities,and other relevant work can also be completed smoothly.(2)Guiyang high school's large recess sports activities are mostly composed of self-made gymnastics and other sports activities.There are deficiencies in the selection of activities.Students are the direct participants and beneficiaries of large recess sports activities.Students' opinions are not being considered in setting activity contents,and no investigations and analysis are being done among students.Therefore,students' interests and hobbies are ignored which reduces their love for the content and enthusiastic in participation.In addition,the renewal frequency of the content of sports activities among classes in senior high schools in Guiyang is low.Schools with the fastest renewal speed will update once a year,and only a few schools with this renewal speed.The renewal time of the content of sports activities among classes in most schools beyond more than one year,which can not meet the renewal speed expected by students.(3)Guiyang high school large recess sports activities are basically organized by school or grade.Each organization part completes the same large recess sports activities and the same amount of exercise,without considering differences in students' physical quality.Students with different physical quality need different amounts of exercise.The organization form is monotonous,and keep the same form from the beginning to the end.Organizational forms loved by students are not satisfied,and the innovation in organizational forms are insufficient.(4)Guiyang high school students are full of enthusiasm for large recess sports activities.Boys and girls generally like large recess sports activities,and there is no obvious gender difference.The purposes of students participating in big break sports activities are diverse.High learning pressure and boring contents have an important impact on students' enthusiasm to participate in large recess sports activities.Most students believe that large recess sports activities plays a critical role in improving physical quality and alleviating learning pressure,and express their willingness to participate in the supervision and management of sports activities during the break,which shows a positive attitude towards the big break.(5)The fund investment for large recess sports activities among classes in senior high schools in Guiyang is insufficient,which is mainly reflected in the lack of teacher training funds,funds for venue facilities and insufficient purchase of equipment.The most prominent one is the lack of indoor venue construction.All schools can not normally carry out sports activities in bad weather,and there are not enough indoor sports venues to accommodate the whole school student at the same time during the large recess sports activities.(6)Each senior high school in Guiyang has its own organization and management system for sports activities between classes,but it is not perfect and has the problem of loose management;The age structure of high school physical education teachers in Guiyang is reasonable,and there is little difference among the special physical education teachers,which is conducive to the development of school physical education.In view of the existing problems,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)To strengthen the construction of site equipment;(2)To strengthen the innovation of large class breaks and carry out large recess activities with school characteristics;(3)To reduce students' learning pressure and cultivate students' sports consciousness;(4)To rationalize the distribution of exercise volume of large recess;(5)To Accelerate the update frequency of large recess activities contents;(6)Actively organize relevant competitions among classes;(7)To increase the investment of special funds for large recess;(8)To improve the organization regulation and management system of large recess.
