| Teenagers are the future of our country and the hope of the nation.Strengthening the physical fitness of teenagers and ensuring their healthy growth is an urgent need to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.However,in recent years,with the rapid development of China’s economy and society,and the general improvement of material living standards,the physical health level of adolescents has shown a downward trend,and their health status is not optimistic.The Party and the state attach great importance to this and have successively issued multiple policy measures,clearing obstacles for the reform and development of school physical education.Extracurricular sports activities are an effective extension of physical education teaching in schools.They are a variety of forms,rich content,extended time,and high intensity sports activities formed on the basis of traditional extracurricular exercises.They are an important measure for schools to implement the "one hour exercise every day" policy.Through extracurricular sports activities,students can not only relieve learning pressure,eliminate learning fatigue,and quickly engage in learning,improve their learning efficiency,but also enhance their physical fitness,enrich campus sports culture,and promote the smooth completion of school sports work tasks.Based on the investigation of the current situation of the development of junior high school break sports activities in Wanzhou District,this paper uses the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,field investigation,interview and mathematical statistics to analyze the content,organization form,site and facilities utilization,special weather development and evaluation of junior high school break sports activities in Wanzhou District in detail,analyze the constraints,summarize the existing problems and propose countermeasures,The research conclusion is as follows:(1)The sports activities carried out during break time in middle schools in Wanzhou District are relatively limited,mainly focusing on broadcast gymnastics and running,lacking innovation and uniqueness.(2)The organizational form is relatively simple,mainly in the form of school-wide collective activities.(3)Wanzhou District has a low utilization rate of sports venues during the break of junior high school,which is basically dominated by track and field fields,while other sports venues are hardly occupied.(4)Most students think that sports activities during the break are important and positive in cognition.(5)The lack of indoor sports venues makes it difficult for most schools to effectively carry out sports activities between classes in special weather.(6)Most schools have the experience of participating in the evaluation of sports activities between classes,but most schools do not regularly carry out in-school evaluation competitions,which is difficult to promote the healthy development of sports activities between classes. |
