| In 2019,the ministry of education and other five departments issued the opinions on strengthening the construction of teachers of ideological and political theory in primary and secondary schools in the new era.The opinions pointed out: "encourage primary and secondary school ideological and political teachers to strengthen the research on students’ growth law and teaching reform,actively promote case-based,exploratory,experiential and interactive teaching,and encourage teachers to focus on the effectiveness of education and practice their internal skills." The case teaching method is advocated in the teaching of morality and rule of law in primary schools.In recent years,although the case teaching method has achieved certain results in the moral and legal education in primary school,it still faces many problems to be solved.Then,what is the current situation of the application of case teaching method in the teaching of morality and rule of law in primary school? What are the problems? What causes these problems? How to optimize the application of case teaching method in moral and legal education in primary school? These are the basic problems and ideas that this study tries to understand,analyze and explore.Using the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire survey,interview and classroom observation,this paper investigates the current situation of case teaching method in primary school moral and rule of law teaching,that is,the pre class preparation stage,the classroom implementation stage and the post class evaluation stage,with 190 students and 50 moral and rule of law teachers randomly selected from four primary schools in Qufu as the research objects,Find out the effects,problems and causes of the application of case teaching method in the teaching of morality and rule of law in primary schools,and explore the strategies to solve the problems on this basis.Based on the investigation of the current situation,it is found that the effectiveness of the current case teaching method in the teaching of morality and rule of law in primary school includes three aspects: paying attention to teaching,promoting the all-round development of students and improving teachers’ professional ability.However,there are still three problems:inadequate pre class preparation of teachers and students,inadequate classroom management organization and imperfect after-school evaluation system.The main reasons for these problems are the lack of teachers’ professional quality,the school’s inadequate management of the discipline of morality and the rule of law,and the lack of students’ subjective initiative.Based on the analysis of the problems and causes,this paper puts forward the corresponding problem-solving strategies: teachers should improve their professional quality,schools should pay attention to the discipline management of primary school ethics and the rule of law,and students should give full play to their subjective initiative and realize the collection and sharing of case resources with the help of the network. |
