The new curriculum standard of morality and rule of law in compulsory education points out that the curriculum of morality and rule of law is a comprehensive curriculum based on the life of junior middle school students,with the fundamental purpose of guiding and promoting the ideological and moral development of junior middle school students,covering ideology,humanity and practice.As a key course to implement the fundamental task of Building Morality and cultivating people,the course of morality and the rule of law plays an irreplaceable role in improving students' moral quality and awareness of the rule of law.However,in the current rural junior middle school,affected by many factors,students' problem behaviors in the classroom of morality and rule of law are frequent.This not only directly affects the classroom order and classroom efficiency,but also is not conducive to the formation of teenagers' correct values,and is not conducive to giving full play to the main position role of moral and legal education.In this regard,the author combines his teaching practice,takes a middle school in L City as the cut-off point,sees the big from the small,analyzes the current situation and causes of students' problem behavior in the classroom of morality and rule of law in rural junior middle schools,and puts forward countermeasures according to the characteristics of rural schools.This paper consists of five parts: the first part is the introduction,which expounds the background,research significance,research object,research ideas and research methods of the topic.At the same time,it summarizes the research results of Chinese and foreign scholars from three aspects: the concept definition,causes and transformation strategies of students' problem behavior in rural junior middle school morality and rule of law classroom.The second part is about the investigation of the current situation of students' problem behavior in the classroom of morality and rule of law in rural junior middle schools,taking a middle school in L City as an example.Through the data analysis of a questionnaire survey and interview survey,it is found that the problem behavior of students in the classroom of morality and rule of law in rural junior middle schools presents the characteristics of diversity,difference and stage.Through narrative research,this paper explores the possible problem behaviors of rural junior middle school students in the classroom of morality and rule of law and the reasons behind them,and forms a contrast and mutual evidence with the results of questionnaire survey and interview survey,so as to provide a basis for cause analysis.The third part is to trace the source combined with the results of questionnaire,narrative research and interview research,and deeply analyze the reasons for the problem behavior of students in the classroom of morality and rule of law in rural junior middle schools,so as to pave the way for putting forward the transformation countermeasures.The fourth part puts forward corresponding strategies from the students themselves,schools and teachers,families and society based on the characteristics of rural areas.The fifth part is the conclusion and prospect,which summarizes the conclusion of the article,and summarizes the limitations of this study.
