The student-oriented education is designed for students to learn.It advocates student-oriented and regards students as important educational resources.It calls on return the learning initiative to students and makes students become classroom-hosts.The student-oriented education is conductive to the comprehensive promotion of quality education.Under the concept of student-oriented education,the “321”autonomic learning model of student-oriented class was executed in Shawan No.5 middle school.This thesis based on middle school morality and the rule of law course,it probes into the achievements,existing problems and the reasons of the problems after the junior morality and the rule of law implemented student-oriented class,and tries to find the optimized path.This kind of topic is rich in theory,but also provides a reference for the future of student-oriented class of morality and the rule of law.The paper mainly adopts literature research method and practice survey method.Firstly,the author collects,collates and analyzes a large number of documents,mainly from the connotation,the basic principle of persisting and the main points to elaborate student-oriented education.The paper analyzes the advantages of morality and the rule of law carry out student-oriented class,and puts forward the significance of carrying out student-oriented class.Secondly,the author went to Shawan No.5 middle school to carry out research,mainly through questionnaire survey and interview method to obtain perceptual materials,through sorting out,analyzing and summarizing the contents of questionnaire and interview,and summarizing the achievements and specific problems that have been achieved after student-oriented class of morality and the rule of law,and analyzed deeply for the reasons of the problems.In terms of the achievements,the main performances are: the students' enthusiasm is improved,established a good relationship between teachers and students,the independent learning ability is enhanced,and the moral quality is promoted.In terms of the existing problems,the existing problems are mainly from the mode itself,the teaching procedures and the extension of after-class.In terms of the attribution of problems,it is mainly analyzed from school,teachers and students three aspects.Finally,based on the analysis of the existing problems and the attributions,then put forward feasible suggestions from three aspects of innovative teaching mode,optimizes teaching procedures and strengthening after-class practice.In terms of the innovative teaching mode,it is optimized mainly from the learning of concept,the formation of team,and the strengthening of teaching and research.In terms of optimizes teaching procedures,it is mainly to optimize the four links of autonomic learning,cooperative inquiry,achievement display and evaluation of error correction.In terms of extension after-class,mainly from the arrangement of homework and the development of extracurricular activities two aspects to strengthen.According to this research,it can be seen that the school has achieved remarkable results,but the existing problems cannot be ignored.The paper through empirical research,deeply analyze the cause of the problem,then puts forward the feasible suggestions to optimize student-oriented class of morality and the rule of law,and it is expected that the soul of student-oriented education can be truly a guiding beacon,exerting the students principal roles and creating the well-rounded individuals in order to meet the need of quality education.
