As an important part of PE teaching,teaching design is a plan to guide PE classroom teaching,improve teaching quality and promote students' all-round development,and reflects the level of PE teachers' own teaching design ability.At present,there are many researches on physical education teaching design,but most of them are aimed at classroom teaching,and there are few researches on physical education teaching design made by physical education teachers.Mind map at the same time,as a kind of divergent thinking tool,the researchers have many teaching mind map as a kind of very effective teaching tool,use a mind map on other subjects teaching research relatively mature,and use mind map in sports discipline and even fewer,in recent years started to use a mind map on studies about the design of physical education teaching,However,this idea is only put forward without really clarifying the advantages of using mind mapping to compile physical education teaching design and its influence on physical education teachers.In addition,the Mind mapping software on the market now includes curtain,Mind Master,Mind Line,Xmind,etc.Xmind Mind mapping software has different templates and Mind mapping with different structures,and is beautiful and magnificent.Therefore,based on the above analysis,focus on the application of Xmind mapping in physical education teaching design to the optimization of physical education teaching design and the impact of teachers themselves.A high school curriculum reform to select changchun team of teachers as the research object,using the questionnaire survey method,experimental method,the semi-structured interview method,qualitative method and other research methods to carry out the experiment,through qualitative and quantitative data were analyzed in order to can find Xmind mind mapping dimension of the optimization of physical education teaching design and the impact on the physical education teachers level.This study shows that the application of Xmind mind mapping in physical education teaching design can improve the visualization of traditional physical education teaching design,the construction and arrangement of teaching resources,as well as teachers' teaching design ability and personal ability.The visualization of traditional physical education teaching design and the construction and arrangement of teaching resources are reflected in :(1)the divergent thinking mode of mind mapping can promote understanding and memory.(2)Xmind mind mapping physical education teaching design has clear teaching steps and high levels.(3)Xmind software has different templates,designers can choose different colors and ICONS according to their preferences,with personalized style.(4)Facilitate communication and easy exchange of experience.(5)Rich content,reserve pictures,audio and video resources.(6)The teaching design is easy to connect and modify.The improvement of teachers' physical education teaching design ability and personal ability is reflected in :(1)physical education teachers attach more importance to physical education teaching design,and think that the compilation of physical education teaching design should be diversified.(2)PE teachers' design thinking becomes more open and clear.(3)Improve the overall optimization ability of PE teachers' teaching design.(4)Improve the physical education teachers' teaching resources collection and sorting ability.(5)Physical education teachers have mastered the use of Xmind mind mapping software and applied it in training and competition,so that "learning","competition" and "practice" are highly integrated.
