Practical Research On Diversified Services For Children In Distress In Wenchuan Mountainous Area ——Takes The Q Social Work Agency Project As An Example

With the advancement of urbanization,the transformation of family livelihood patterns,population migration and changes in the internal structure of families in mountainous areas have obvious impacts on the growth of children in mountainous areas.This study takes the social work agency's service project for children in distress as the research object,focuses on how social work institutions can better link resources to carry out diversified services in the Wenchuan Mountain Children's Project,and analyzes its path and experience in development and transformation.This study reveals the diversified transformation of social work institutions in terms of service objects,resource links,service content,etc.,explores the practical experience of diversified services by enriching the practice of services for children in distress,and promotes the development of localized services.In this study,taking the Wenchuan Mountain Distressed Children's Service Project of Q Social Work Social Work Institution as an example,through interviews and participatory observations with staff,service recipients and relevant groups in the institution,we can understand the current situation and problem characteristics of children in distress in mountainous areas.Through the analysis of the plight of children in distress in Wenchuan Mountainous Area,the content and method of its services began to change.In the subsequent work,Q Social Work Agency actively linked multiple resources to promote the project services of children in distress in mountainous areas with diversified resources.Based on the resource links of social benevolent people,charitable organizations and volunteer teams,Q social work agencies have carried out targeted service activities,such as Wish Express,Student Aid Program,Summer Camp,Theme Growth Camp,etc.In the transformation,the experience of social work institutions in adapting to diversified services has been summarized,which has contributed to a more perfect service system for children in distress,a significant increase in the awareness of caring for and protecting children in the whole society,and a safer and more secure environment for the growth of children in distress.
