In 2016,the CPC Central Committee and The State Council issued the outline of the "Healthy China 2030" Plan,which places health as a strategic priority and calls for strengthening the health promotion work of primary and secondary school students and other key groups to effectively improve their health level and literacy.In 2020,the Action Plan of Sports and Health Promotion for Chinese Children and Adolescents(2020-2030)was released in Shanghai,focusing on a series of health problems caused by insufficient and unscientific physical exercise among primary and secondary school students.Based on this key issue,the research focuses on the main line of influencing factors of the sports healthy behavior training of primary and secondary school students.First,the literature method is used to summarize the relevant research status at home and abroad,analyze the shortcomings of previous studies,and on this basis,the concept of sports healthy behavior is redefined.Secondly,using expert interview method,grounded theory method,primary and middle school students physical health behavior training factors index.Thirdly,the influencing factor index of primary election is optimized by Delphi method,and the influencing factor index is established on this basis,and the scale is prepared according to the influencing factor index.The scale is optimized by recovering data from pre-test questionnaire,and then the formal scale is determined.Finally,a theoretical hypothesis model of influencing factors for the cultivation of primary and middle school students' sports healthy behavior is constructed.Through the verification and fitting of the model and the analysis of the model results,the cultivation suggestions are put forward in order to provide reference for the practice of the cultivation of primary and middle school students' sports healthy behavior.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)The indicators of influencing factors on the cultivation of physical and healthy behaviors of primary and secondary school students are established.The first-level influencing factors include policy factors,school factors,family factors,community factors and individual factors.Secondary factors consists of sports health policy support,health policy,legal protection,policy of education reform,sports classroom teaching effect,the health education to carry out the situation,the health education teachers,parents,health education idea,the community sports organization and management,students' health consciousness and health sports cognition,sports motivation,24 influencing factors.(2)The influencing factors model of the physical health behavior training of primary and secondary school students is constructed,and the analysis of the model shows that policy factors,school factors,family factors,community factors and personal factors all have a positive impact on the physical health behavior training of primary and secondary school students.And the path coefficients of each level and primary and middle school students' physical health behavior training are 0.506,0.830,0.660,0.614,0.763 respectively.School factors and students' individual factors have the greatest influence on the training of their behavior,while other factors have little influence,but ? the has also been greater than 0.5.It shows that the cultivation of other aspects of their behavior can not be ignored.(3)Empirical analysis based on structural equation model,the author puts forward some suggestions on the cultivation of primary and secondary school students' physical health behavior: practicing the physical health policy of the cultivation of primary and secondary school students' physical health behavior;To optimize the educational environment of physical healthy behavior training for primary and middle school students;To build a family "support network" for the cultivation of physical and healthy behaviors of primary and middle school students;Create a "livable" community environment for sports and healthy behavior training of primary and middle school students;To stimulate the endogenous motivation of sports healthy behavior training of primary and middle school students.
