In recent years,the students' physical constitution is the common concern of the whole society,and also the starting point of the reform of physical education and health course.The good physique is inseparable from the scientific exercise,but young students in physical exercise,especially after-school physical exercise,there is impositive,not insistent,not in place,not scientific and other issues,so to guide students to take an active and active participation in physical exercise,enhance student physique,so that students form a positive attitude and behavior of physical exercise is the most important work of school sports.This article uses the literature data method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics and other methods to research the relationship between exercise knowledge,exercise attitude and physical exercise behavio of Guangzhou City,Chaozhou City,Shunde District of Foshan City elementary and middle school students.Using the KAP theory to understand the relationship of students' knowledge,the attitude and behavior,and then according to the factors that affecting students to participate in physical exercise,Establish the Physical Training KAP Model of Primary and Middle School Students,thus put forward he ways and methods of school,family and society to jointly promote the participatting in physical exercise of teenagers.At the same time,it provides a theoretical basis for the new round of physical education reform.The conclusion showed that:1.Present situation of primary and middle school students' physical exercise knowledge,attitude,behavior is not optimisticPrimary and middle school students in Guangdong Province in the physical exercise knowledge,attitude and behavior,because of the different gender and grade,there is a huge difference.Although most students have a certain understanding of physical exercise knowledge,but the number of actual physical exercise is not optimistic,or exercise time is insufficient,the intensity is not enough.Even a small number of students have a lot of knowledge about the physical exercise.There are no knowledge to know,knowing but not believing,believing but not behaving.2 The knowledge of physical exercise can predict the attitude and behavior of physical exerciseThe knowledge and attitude of physical training in primary and middle schools in Guangdong province have significant positive correlation with physical exercise behavior.That is to say,students who have a better understanding of physical exercise have a more positive attitude towards physical exercise,and the higher the possibility of participating in physical training3 School,family and society have different degrees influence on physical exerciseThe sports knowledge,attitudes and behaviors of primary and middle school students in Guangdong are influenced by schools,families and society.School of elementary and middle school students' physical exercise knowledge is the greatest impact,followed by social factors;and the attitude of physical exercise,the influence of the family was the largest,followed by the school and the society;in the aspect ofphysical exercise behavior,the influence of the school was the largest,followed by the society and the family.4 School,family and social intervention can effectively promote physical exercise behaviorPhysical exercise can be promoted through various channels,such as schools,families,and society.Although the effect of each channel is different,it is the main force and means to promote the students' physical exercise behavior.Therefore,the central work of promoting physical exercise behavior of primary and middle school students should be in schools,families and society...
