Praise can be seen everywhere in our daily life.It can make us laugh and full of confidence.Everyone likes to hear praise.Similarly,students are no exception.Teacher praise is a very common phenomenon in education and teaching,and it is also an important way to promote students' learning and development.Teachers' correct and appropriate use of praise can create a relaxed and pleasant teaching atmosphere.At the same time,sincere affirmation of students' good performance can not only mobilize students' learning enthusiasm and initiative,but also establish students' confidence and promote students' all-round development.However,there are still some problems in the practical application of teacher praise.The existing research on Teachers' praise mainly focuses on Teachers' classroom praise,teachers' praise of different subjects,problems and Application Strategies of teachers' praise,and the praise of senior teachers in rural primary schools is less involved.Therefore,in view of the above research background,this study selects a rural primary school in Henan Province as the main sample of the survey,and makes a survey and analysis of teachers' praise to its fifth and sixth grade teachers and students.The author goes deep into the campus,starts from the teaching practice,deeply understands the current situation of the praise of senior teachers in rural primary schools through classroom observation,teacher-student interview,questionnaire survey and other methods,finds out the existing problems,analyzes the reasons behind the problems,and puts forward some improvement strategies.This study is divided into ten parts.The first part is the introduction,including the research background,research significance and research purpose.The second part is the research review,including the relevant theoretical basis and the innovation of this thesis.The third part is the research ideas and main contents.The fourth part is an overview of the praise of senior teachers in rural primary schools,including the definition of the concept,the classification of the praise of senior teachers in rural primary schools and the characteristics of effective praise of senior teachers in rural primary schools.The fifth part is the survey design of the research on the praise of senior teachers in rural primary schools,including the selection of research methods,the compilation of research tools and research steps.The sixth part is the implementation of the praise survey for senior teachers in rural primary schools,including the selection of objects,the implementation process and the processing of information and data.The seventh part analyzes the correlation between praise and teachers' learning in rural primary schools.The eighth part is the problems existing in the praise of senior teachers in rural primary schools.The main problems are: unclear recognition of praise concept,low praise frequency,weak praise emotion,one-sided and single praise content,monotonous and repeated praise methods and lack of praise reflection.The ninth part is the analysis of the reasons behind the praise problems of senior teachers in rural primary schools.The main reasons are: the level of teachers' professional theory is low,there are misunderstandings in the view of education and students,teachers' affairs are heavy,teachers' language ability is limited,there are prejudices,teachers' lack of praise professional training,and teachers' lack of praise reflection after class.The tenth part is the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the praise of senior teachers in rural primary schools,mainly including: strengthening teachers' professional concept,paying attention to the true feelings of praise,increasing the diversity of praise behavior,overcoming teachers' subjective prejudice,building a harmonious relationship between teachers and students,carrying out professional training of teachers' praise and strengthening teaching reflection.The eleventh part is the deficiency and Prospect of this study.
