Information technology promotes social development and information literacy has become the basic literacy that people must possess in the information age.Information technology curriculum of junior middle school is the intermediate stage of the implementation of information technology curriculum between primary school and senior high school.It is the transition of information technology teaching from recognition to specialization,and plays a very important role in the stage of information technology basic education.The new information technology curriculum standard points out that the general task of information technology curriculum is to cultivate students' information literacy,advocate teachers to change teaching methods and introduce project learning into classroom teaching.According to the new curriculum standard,information technology curriculum teaching has changed the traditional teaching mode and implemented the project teaching.At present,junior high school information technology project teaching still exists the lack of connection between each project,the knowledge and skills behind the project are separated from each other.The concept of 4C/ID model is very compatible with project learning and information technology courses.The integration of 4C/ID model and project learning in information technology courses can improve the teaching effect of information technology courses and promote teaching reform to a certain extent.Of this study is to use the literature research to comb the 4C/ID model,project learning and information technology curriculum research status at home and abroad,analyses the 4C/ID model and project learning,based on constructivism learning theory,the theory of situated cognition theory and the theory foundation,proposed based on the 4C/ID model of junior high school information technology project design principles,According to this principle,the 4C/ID model is integrated into the design of junior high school information technology project,the design mode of junior high school information technology project based on 4C/ID model is constructed,and the design strategy of junior high school information technology project based on 4C/ID model is proposed.The application of experimental research method in M city S middle school sophomore teaching practice research,verify the 4C/ID model based on junior high school information technology project design mode and strategy effectiveness.Through practice,it is concluded that the application of 4C/ID model based on junior high school information technology project design mode and strategy for project design,implementation of project learning,can improve students' participation in the course,change students' learning attitude and develop students' comprehensive ability.The research puts forward the design principle,mode and strategy of junior high school information technology project based on 4C/ID model,which can provide theoretical guidance and reference for junior high school information technology teaching project teaching reform.The promotion and application of the 4C/ID model-based design principles,patterns and strategies of junior high school information technology projects can promote the reform of junior high school information technology curriculum and effectively solve the problems of the lack of connection between various projects and the separation of knowledge and skills behind each project in the current information technology curriculum teaching.
