It is of great significance to construct the school ideological and political course in the new era.Ideological and Political Curriculum Standards for Ordinary Senior High Schools(2017 edition,revised in 2020)proposes that the ideological and political curriculum of senior high schools is a comprehensive and activity-based subject curriculum to enhance students' ability to participate in society.In order to meet the new requirements,it is necessary to supplement the traditional teaching methods and teaching methods of high school ideological and political courses.The new round of curriculum reform emphasizes the change of "students to learn" to "students to learn",to stimulate students' interest,let students take the initiative to participate in,willing to explore,hands-on,learn to cooperate.Role-playing method not only conforms to the background of education reform but also meets the requirements of activity-based subject curriculum.It can effectively promote students' initiative in learning and participation,and improve their learning enthusiasm and efficiency.This paper is divided into three parts.The first part is a general overview of role-playing.Firstly,this paper defines the connotation of role-playing method and lists the main types of role-playing method by combing the literature.Secondly,it expounds the characteristics and principles of role-playing method,such as intuitive perception,democratic openness,interactive cooperation,development innovation,practical experience and simulation effectiveness.Thirdly,it traces the theoretical origin of role-playing.Finally,this paper expounds the application value of role-playing method in high school ideological and political lessons and the specific implementation process of role-playing method in high school ideological and political lessons.The second part mainly analyzes the application status,existing problems and reasons of role-playing as a teaching activity in the process of ideological and political teaching in senior high school by issuing questionnaires to students and interviewing teachers.The third part focuses on the role playing method in high school ideological and political teaching in the application of countermeasures.The application of optimizing role playing method in high school ideological and political lessons needs to create appropriate situations to stimulate students' interest;Conduct classroom evaluation in time and encourage students to participate actively;Make clear the value of role playing and improve the effect of role playing;Establish the scientific evaluation mechanism of curriculum to enhance external motivation.
