Undergraduate colleges and universities are responsible for the important task of cultivating high-level applied tourism talents,and the practical teaching link is an indispensable part for cultivating high-quality talents.To construct a set of scientific and effective evaluation system for practical teaching quality,timely discovery of problems in practical teaching and improvement is the key to ensuring the quality of practical teaching and achieving the goal of talent training.Based on these,this thesis adopts text analysis,literature analysis and other research methods,through interviews with relevant experts,tourism educators and tourism management students,combined with the normative documents issued by the education administration departments and the summary of relevant literature,to build a evaluation system of practice teaching quality of undergraduate tourism management,and the use of exploratory factor analysis method to adjust the index system,so as to determine the evaluation system composed of 4 first-level indicators and their corresponding 10second-level indicators,and then use the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of the indicators.Finally,an empirical investigation is carried out on the current undergraduates majoring in tourism management,aiming to understand the actual evaluation of the practical teaching activities by the undergraduates majoring in tourism management.Through further investigation,it is found that the outstanding problems faced by the practice teaching of undergraduate tourism management are: insufficient investment in practice teaching;weak practical teaching ability of teachers;unreasonable curriculum structure and content;and formalized practice teaching assessment.Aiming at the problems faced in the practice teaching reflected by the preliminary research status and the later evaluation results,this thesis proposes targeted improvement measures: increasing the investment in practical teaching;enhancing teachers' practical teaching ability;adjusting the curriculum structure and enriching the teaching content;strengthening practical assessment strength.Combined with the above-mentioned improvement measures,the overall objective of the construction of practice teaching quality of undergraduate tourism management is to "overcome the difficult problems in education,improve students' comprehensive practical ability and improve teaching quality in all aspects".
