Tourism management is a practical and applied subject,which requires students to have strong practical ability to solve practical problems and deal with emergencies.The practical teaching of tourism management major does not only meet the needs of testing the results of theoretical teaching,but also focus more on the development of students' comprehensive quality and the improvement of their practical innovation ability.Practical teaching is an effective way to guarantee the quality of professional teaching,and also an important link that can not be ignored in the cultivation of tourism management professionals.Hotel intermship is an important way to cultivate students' practical skills,and the satisfaction of students during the hotel internship process directly affects the smooth implementation of practical teaching.This paper takes many high-star hotels in Wuxi and Nanjing as examples,through literature review,questionnaire analysis,in-depth interviews,based on the analysis of interns' satisfaction with hotel practice,and the differences of interest demands among students,hotels and schools,and through the multi-dimensional evaluation of schools and hotels to obtain the scale,builds the hotel interns'satisfaction evaluation model,using factor analysis and multiple linear regression analysis for the empirical research of hotel interns' satisfaction affecting factors,summarizes the main problems existing in the practical teaching of tourism management major,and probes into the reform strategies of the practical teaching of tourism management major.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(Don the whole,students have certain expectations for the internship,but the level of expectations is not high.?The students' overall satisfaction with the hotel is at the middle and upper level.?Through the analysis of the contents of interviews,it is found that the interests of students,hotels and schools have the following differences:understanding of the purpose of internship;the duration of internship;internship mode;the selection of internship posts;internship management;internship treatment.?By constructing the evaluation model of the influencing factors of hotel intern satisfaction,using correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis,it is found that:management level and growth space have a significant positive impact on internship evaluation;work compensation,working conditions and interpersonal relationships have no significant influence on the evaluation of internships;the arrangement of internship and the standard of evaluation have a significant positive effect on the evaluation of internships;communication coordination has no significant effect on internship evaluation.?The thesis is based on the investigation of hotel interns'satisfaction,the difference analysis of the core stakeholders' interest demands,and the research on the influencing factors of hotel interns' satisfaction.At the same time,it draws lessons from the author's experience in hotel internship and guiding practices,and summarized the main problems in the practical teaching of tourism management as follows:the training goal is not clear and the curriculum system is lagging behind the industry demand;the enthusiasm of students is not high and the mode of practical teaching is single;the evaluation system is not perfect,and the construction of the procedure system is not standardized;teachers' participation is not high,who are lack of practical experience.?Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the practical teaching of tourism management major,this paper probes into the reform strategies of the practical teaching,and puts forward the following reform strategies:take the student as the guiding direction,cultivation of practice ability as the focal point,optimize the practice teaching curriculum system;take service as the mission,follow the development of the industry,innovate the training mode of practical teaching;take motivation as the aim,stabilize the cooperative relationship between schools and enterprises,and establish a practical teaching evaluation system;take the practice link as the means,raise the teacher's initiative participation,and strengthen the instruction teacher team construction for practice teaching.
