Senior high school is an important period for students to establish the correct three views and form the concept of occupation.It is of great significance for the long-term development of students to carry out career planning education in ordinary senior high schools.With the rapid development of society,the continuous reform of education and the renewal of educational methods are the needs of the country for the cultivation of new talents.In the face of more stringent employment situation and higher requirements for vocational positions,it is imperative to carry out career planning education in senior high school.China's career planning education started late,there is still great pressure in the implementation process,students are under great academic pressure,schools lack professional teacher team,parents do not pay enough attention to.It is of great social significance to carry out career planning education so that students can discover their interests and specialties and plan suitable careers.This study combines subject teaching to try to organically integrate career planning education into biology teaching in senior high school.Research based on the new college entrance examination reform,based on the analysis of career planning education development situation at home and abroad,if around the theme of the career planning education in high school biology teaching,the students in 10 middle schools in kunming,questionnaire survey,found that although students on career planning are looking forward to,but the courses cannot be to provide students with information.Study the situation,based on the ordinary high school biology curriculum standard(2017 edition)",in high school biology textbooks(o 'clock),scientists analyzed the teaching material contains interviews related myth,biological science and biological industry such as career planning of information resources,screening of teaching methods,design the teaching plan and turn it into the classroom.In the teaching class,through classroom teaching,designing after-class practice activities and other teaching practices,the students were tested again after the teaching.The comparison of pre-test and post-test data showed that students' abilities in self-cognition,career cognition,self-planning and career planning had been comprehensively improved.It is concluded that the infiltration of career planning education into biology teaching in senior high school can make up for the shortage of teachers and the shortage of class hours.It is helpful for students to understand and explore their own career tendency,and can effectively improve the potential of students' future self-planning and career planning.
