The reform of the new college entrance examination has been carried out all over the country.At the high school stage,the liberal arts and science branches were abolished,the“3+3” or “3+1+2” elective examination system was carried out,elective subjects determine which majors to apply for in universities,and students need to define the future direction of development at the stage of selecting courses in senior high school.Career planning has become a hot topic in high school education in China.Some schools have carried out career planning guidance activities,but didn't set up special career planning guidance courses.Using the literature analysis method to analyze the research status at home and abroad,it is found that the main reason hindering the development of high school career planning courses in China is the lack of curriculum implementation plan.The results of interviews with Biology teachers and students in Senior High School show that the activities of career planning in the form of lectures,class meetings,etc.,are simple in content and have little effect.Both teachers and students believe that career planning guidance courses should be offered.Students urgently need to acquire the knowledge of “new college entrance examination”,“elective subject”,“university and major”,“occupation and employment”.There are some difficulties in offering curriculum:one is the lack of curriculum scheme,the other is the lack of research-oriented teachers;the teachers think that the curriculum should take the form of elective courses or self-study.This research is based on teachers' interview and students' interview,under the guidance of the principles of systematization,diversity and subjectivity.It is based on three theories: Humanism Learning Theory,Parsons' Characteristic Factor Theory and Career Development Theory.The construction of the school-based curriculum “guidance on career Planning in Senior High School” is carried out,and the contents of the curriculum are designed as follows:(1)Recognize the career planning;purpose of the students realize the importance of career planning in the high school stage.(2)Rrecognize the biology and to know oneself;purpose of guide the students judge the biological interest,find the appropriate profession to match the characteristics.(3)Walk into the university to know the biology in the university;purpose of satisfy the needs of the students,to help the students understand the relevant information.(4)Walk into the profession and learn about the profession of biology;purpose of the students learn how to know a profession and to make future plans according to the professional requirements,so as to achieve the matching of the factors.(5)Entering the new college entrance examination;to satisfy the needs of the students,let the students understand the change of the college entrance examination and be prepared.(6)Deal with the selection mechanism and make career planning,and to solve the problems that students are most concerned about at this stage: how to select subjects and carry out career planning.The content of the reference book revolves around six major topics,divided into 6chapters,12 sections.Chapter system theme is clear,layer by layer progressive;column setting forms are diverse,the content is vivid and interesting.According to the teacher's suggestion and my understanding of the course,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the implementation of the curriculum.The curriculum implementation should follow the principle of students' self-analysis,comprehensive understanding of vocational information,consistency between students' own conditions and social needs,and students' self-choice.The organization of teaching can take the form of open course,general course elective course or self-study,the teaching method can choose independent inquiry method,cooperative inquiry method and social practice method,and should make comprehensive use of text resources,alumni resources and network resources.Multi-evaluation,students' self-evaluation and portfolio evaluation can be used in teaching evaluation.Summarize the results of the study,compiling Guidance on Career Planning in Senior High School as a Curriculum reference Book.The content of the reference book revolves around six major topics,divided into 6 chapters,12 sections.Chapter system theme is clear,layer by layer progressive;column setting forms are diverse,the content is vivid and interesting.The reference books provide curriculum materials for teachers and students,help students to establish a sense of career planning and promote teachers' growth,so as to reduce the waste of educational resources in our country.The next step is implement the course,get feedback,modify and improve.
