According to the definition of China Career Development Mentor Association,career planning is a continuous,systematic and planned process of career and life.A complete career planning includes three elements: career orientation,goal setting and channel design.It's also called "occupational career planning","career design".The strength and weakness of career planning will affect the whole life course.The senior middle school stage is the linking one of basic education and higher education,which plays an important role in conveying talents to colleges and universities and-to the society.Vocational planning education in senior high schools will help the students to better choose majors in colleges and universities and jobs in society.Therefore,this paper studies the current situation of infiltrating vocational planning education in biology teaching at senior high school,aiming at putting forward corresponding strategies to promote the development of vocational planning education through the present situation.The main research contents include the following aspects:First of all,on the basis of literature review,the background of the implementation of vocational planning education in China and the current status of vocational planning education at home and abroad are summarized.This paper systematically analyzes the research status of infiltrating vocational planning education in senior high school biology teaching,and at the same time expounds its advantages.Secondly,through the method of questionnaire,the students and teachers of five senior high schools in Jining area were investigated,then the present situation of vocational planning education in biology teaching in this area was understood.The results show that there are the following problems in vocational planning education: 1.Schools and teachers pay low degree of attention.2.Teachers are generally lack of theoretical knowledge related to career planning and cannot effectively infiltrate it into education in the classroom,so they cannot meet the needs of students' career planning.3.The students' present level of career planning is low,the level of self-cognition is low,and their goals are not clear.Thirdly,we deeply and systematically analyze the dominant resources which can directly carry on the vocational planning education in I,II and III volumes of senior high school biologytextbook compulsory courses published by the people's Education Publishing House and the recessive resources which can carry on the vocational planning education through the thorough excavation We have concluded the resources characteristics that this textbook could carry on the vocational planning education : close combination with the knowledge points,involving a variety of occupations,comprehensive career introduction,infiltrating vocational planning education contents from a variety of aspects of and introduction form of excellent picture and its accompanying essay.Finally,according to the problems in the investigation,being combined with the analysis of the current senior high school biology textbooks,the author puts forward the corresponding solutions from the schools,teachers,classroom teaching and textbook compilation level.From the aspect of school,the first is to enhance the degree of attention,with parents and students to plan the future of students;the second is to carry out vocational planning education in many ways and methods.From the aspect of teacher,we need to strengthen the awareness of vocational planning education,improve the theoretical basis,effectively use textbooks,dig up textbook resources,and make good use of extracurricular practice.From the aspect of textbook compilation,it can increase the number of professional planning education columns in the right amount,update the column illustration pictures in time,add career-related network connection,and finally,diversify the location of the column.And selecting one lesson for the case design from the required one to three volumes a lesson and trying to provide a certain reference for the vocational planning education in the region.
