At present,China's social development and transformation speed is speeding up,people's career,development prospects and environment are highly uncertain,so it is very important to improve the individual's career choice and career planning ability.? The biology curriculum standard of compulsory education(2011 Edition)hopes that every student can actively think about the future career choice and learning direction,which requires middle school biology teachers to pay attention to career education and help students acquire the knowledge,skills and attitude needed for career development.Therefore,this study takes career education as a foothold,makes use of the rich career education resources and discipline advantages in biology,and uses literature research,investigation research,action research and other methods to try to explore the effective way of junior high school biology infiltrating career education.Firstly,on the basis of literature review,this paper defines the related concepts of career education,determines the guiding framework of career development stage theory,and investigates the current situation of students and biology teachers in many junior middle schools in X city.The results show that most schools in X city have not carried out career education;Most teachers recognize the educational value of career education,but their understanding of career education is limited and their implementation is not effective;Most students don't know their career orientation,and the maturity of biology related career is not high.At the same time,the penetration of career education in biology classroom teaching also faces many problems,such as the shortage of class hours,the lack of corresponding theoretical knowledge,the lack of systematic guidance from experts,and the limited time and energy of teachers.Secondly,on the basis of the investigation and analysis of the current situation,referring to the general teaching principles and methods,the principles and ways of integrating junior high school biology teaching with career education are established.The principle of infiltration mainly includes: the principle of infiltration,the principle of subjectivity,the principle of adaptability and the principle of creativity.The infiltration ways mainly include: based on classroom teaching,cultivating students' career consciousness;carry out practical activities to enrich students' career experience;setting up special lectures to deepen the understanding of career information;develop schoolbased curriculum to meet the needs of personalized development;use the network resources to establish the career growth portfolio.Thirdly,make clear the basic ideas of using junior high school career education resources,mainly including based on teaching materials,appropriate treatment of existing resources and independent development.Then,it systematically combs the contents related to career education contained in the teaching materials,and develops relevant resources on demand.On this basis,it designed and constructed the curriculum system of junior high school biology career education,and selected three of them(including "consultation and prevention of genetic diseases--approaching genetic consultants","dialogue with ancient explorers: fossil restorers","biological background in epidemic prevention and control")to carry out practical research in Y Middle School of X city.The results show that: it is feasible and effective to infiltrate career education into junior high school biology teaching,which not only has a positive impact on biology classroom teaching,improves students' biological career maturity,but also develops their career awareness and planning ability.Then,on the basis of summing up the practical research results and problems,reflection and reconstruction,put forward the next step of the problem solving countermeasures: schools strengthening the importance of career education,teachers improving the professional quality of career education;designing career education lesson based on students' needs;strengthening the construction of junior high school biology education content,enriching the case resources;integrating community and family resources to form a joint force of education.This study is a new exploration of junior high school biology teaching under the guidance of career education concept.Although there are still some deficiencies due to the limitations of teaching resources and research scope,it plays a certain role in improving students' biological career maturity and cultivating their awareness of career planning.In order to maximize the value of career education,the research on career education needs to be further followed up.
