Education is an important driving force for the prosperity of the country,and the quality of teachers has become a key issue of social concern.As a teacher who is responsible for spreading knowledge and solving doubts,the level of teachers' ethics not only affects their own career development,but also relates to the healthy development of students,the social evaluation of teachers and the realization of educational goals.A good level of teachers' ethics is an important factor to ensure the quality of education.Therefore,starting from the individual teachers with good teacher ethics development,analyze the factors affecting the cultivation of teacher ethics,and explore the feasible cultivation path of teacher ethics,which is conducive to ensure the quality of education and provide reference for the development of other teachers' teacher ethics.This study selected three teachers from different schools who have developed well in the teaching ethics to conduct case studies.Through interviews with the students and colleagues of the three research objects and their schools,the three teachers' performance,teaching experience and moral development stories are deeply understood.Combining moral formation theory and teacher professional development theory,this paper analyzes and compares the influencing factors of three teachers' moral cultivation.In the further research,it is found that the factors promoting the cultivation of the three teachers' ethics are reflected in two aspects: internally,it is inseparable from professional recognition,pursuit of self-value,self-reflective learning and role change;Externally,school,family,parents,important others and teachers' education play an important role in the development of teachers' morality.Based on the above analysis,this study puts forward approaches for reference from three aspects: at the personal level,to establish the awareness of learning,strengthen personal reflection and improve professional identity;At the school level,teachers' moral evaluation should be scientific,teachers' moral training should be diversified,teachers' moral example should be effective and humanistic environment should be harmonious.On the social level,we can get parents' understanding and support and create a social environment of respecting teachers and valuing education.
