With the transformation of social demand and the development direction of market economy,coupled with the guidance and support of national preferential policies,private schools emerge,and develop rapidly.Especially in the stage of compulsory education,they surpass the traditional public schools,indicating that high-quality private schools have their own characteristics and advantages in teaching and management.In the fierce competitive environment in the new era,private schools not only face the great pressure of the survival and development of schools,but also face the key period of students' life development.With the vigorous development of education governance concept in the new era in the whole country,the teaching management of private middle schools has been greatly reformed.How to promote the implementation and implementation of the educational governance concept scientifically and effectively,and how to build the corresponding teaching governance mode in the educational governance system are worth the in-depth thinking of all educators and researchers.This study,on the basis of a large number of relevant literature,taking S school,Guangyuan city,Sichuan province,for example,studied the school teaching management,using SPSSl7.0 statistical analysis software to carry out the questionnaire results,and the data analysis results further conducted the interview analysis,and summarize the problems existing in the teaching management,and analyze the main causes.According to the governance theory and stakeholder theory,according to the actual situation of S school,proposed measures to improve the education management.It puts forward a feasible way for the teaching management of private middle schools.Besides the introduction,this study includes four chapters:Chapter 1,summarizes the basic situation of S School in Guangyuan City,Sichuan Province.In the second chapter,the questionnaire method was used to investigate the staff of S school,and interviewed the principals,teaching administrators and individual teachers based with the survey data to fully understand the actual situation of teaching management of Abstract S school.Chapter three,After sorting out and analyzing the research problems and interview results of S school,It is found that there are the following problems in the teaching management of the school: first,there are problems in the lack of teacher's participation in the management system,ineffective implementation of the management system and non-standard inspection process;Second,in the aspect of curriculum management,there are unreasonable curriculum,local curriculum and school-based curriculum is less problems;Third,in the classroom management work,there are backward classroom management mode,the lack of correct understanding of the status of students;Fourth,in the teaching and research management work,the management system is not strict,the teaching and research mechanism is not perfect,the results are not effective,and the teaching and research activities become a mere formality;Fifth,in the aspect of teaching evaluation management,there are problems in the evaluation of students emphasizing scores over quality,irregular evaluation of teachers and single method.The main reasons for its formation include: the "one-yuan-led" teaching management mode,the lack of "governance" consciousness of teaching management subject,the unclear relationship between power and responsibility of teaching management subject,and the lack of effective supervision mechanism of teaching management.Chapter 4,in view of the problems and the formation of S school,put forward to explore the teaching governance pattern,update teaching management subject management idea,build multiple governance subject participation platform,strengthen the teaching management of internal and external supervision,to enhance the level of S school teaching management level,hope to provide some Suggestions for the feasibility of the school teaching management practice.
