Research On Safety Governance Of Private Kindergartens From The Perspective Of Stakeholder Theory

The healthy growth of children's body and mind is related to their family happiness and social stability.However,in recent years,the frequent occurrence of safety accidents in private kindergartens has a direct impact on the healthy development of children's physical and mental health,and has attracted widespread attention from the society to the safety management of private kindergartens.Safety work in kindergartens is prior to all other work in kindergarten management.The effect of kindergarten safety management is directly related to children's physical and mental development,family happiness and a peaceful society,and is also an important factor when assessing a kindergarten.Private kindergartens are stakeholder organizations.In this paper,the stakeholders of private kindergartens' safety governance are defined as "those individuals or groups who can influence the realization of safety governance goals of private kindergartens or are affected by the realization of safety governance goals of private kindergartens".Based on Clarkson's definition of enterprise stakeholders and the different degrees of intimacy and importance between stakeholders and private kindergartens,the stakeholders of private kindergartens are divided into primary stakeholders and secondary stakeholders.The stakeholders in this study refer to the primary stakeholders closely related to the safety management of private kindergartens,including parents,kindergarten teachers,kindergarten principals and kindergarten investors.Based on stakeholder theory,this paper takes the parents,teachers,principals and investors of five private kindergartens from District B of Hefei City as the subjects of investigation,and obtains data and information through questionnaires and interviews.It analyses the status quo of private kindergartens' safety governance from four dimensions: awareness,attitude,mode and content of kindergartens' safety governance.Through the analysis of the present situation,the following problems are found in the safety management of private kindergartens: serious absence of parents in the safety management of kindergartens,weak sense of responsibility of kindergarten teachers,lack of concepts of cooperative governance of kindergarten principals,and insufficient investment of kindergarten investors in the safety management of kindergartens.Based on the research and analysis of the above problems,this paper puts forward some countermeasures,such as opening up the path for parents to participate in kindergarten safety governance,broadening the channels for kindergarten teachers to participate in kindergarten safety governance,enhancing the ability of kindergarten principals to implement kindergarten safety governance,and improving the awareness of kindergarten safety governance of the investors.In short,all stakeholders should fully understand the concept of safety management in kindergartens,give full play to the enthusiasm of all stakeholders,jointly work on safe kindergartens to ensure the healthy and happy growth of children.
