School-based teaching and research played an important role as one of the ways in which the national curriculum reform was being promoted.School-based teaching and research activities were supported by a model of teaching and research.The model contained several elements that were interactively and dynamically related,which was in line with the systems approach.In system theory,the dynamic and open symbiosis of the elements allowed the system to reach an optimal solution.By systematically constructing a school-based teaching and research model,the various elements in the teaching and research could be made to work better and ensured that the teaching and research work was carried out effectively and smoothly.Based on literature reading,Cite Space software was used in this study to visualize and analyze journal papers on CNKI and conducted systematic correlation analysis through keyword co-occurrence network and keyword clustering to systematically sorted out the development status and development trend of school-based teaching and research for a total of 11 years from 2010 to 2021.Combined the school-based teaching and research situation obtained from the questionnaire survey,observation of school-based teaching and research activities of the biology subject in the internship school and the actual teaching and research situation obtained from interviews with front-line teachers,the analysis revealed the shortcomings of school-based teaching and research,such as the single form of teachers' professional reflection,the need to strengthen the use of teachers' resources,the limitation of teachers' mutual support and communication within the subject,the poor teaching and research atmosphere and the lack of professional communication.The study also revealed the root causes of the problems,which led to the findings of "continuous self-learning and research,collaborative teaching and research on a daily basis","accumulating diverse and excellent resources,highlighting regional school-based characteristics" and "refining the design of the three studies,internalising positive experiences in the three provinces " and other inspirations.The core work of this study focused on the design of solutions to the problems of school-based teaching and research.Based on the basic ideas of system theory,we analysed the excellent school-based teaching and researched activity systems collected from some provincial high school biology disciplines,draw out the basic elements of school-based teaching and research in the context of system theory,studied their interrelationships,analysed their functions and dynamics,understood the operation rules of school-based teaching and research,and creatively constructed and formed The school-based teaching and research model of "three studies and three introspections" was creatively constructed.Case design based on this teaching and research model,with corresponding action plans for teaching and research.The results of interviews with front-line teachers and experts and scholars showed that the operation of the school-based teaching and research model under the systemic perspective could play a role in promoting teachers' educational research and had some reference value.Therefore,the systematic design of the school-based teaching and research model based on the systemic perspective and its application in practice was one of the effective ways to scientifically promote the development of teachers' professional capacity,facilitate the healthy growth of school-based teaching and research,and promote the long-term development of basic education teaching.
