In 2003,the Ministry of Education promulgated ?General high school biology curriculum standards(TEST)?,which specifically requires students to use mathematical methods preliminary to study Biology and analyze data by mathematical method.As you see,it is necessary to think about problems using mathematical thinking in Biology class.It is an effective method of scientifically research to teach with models,it has great help for further understanding of knowledge and exercising student's thinking.With the implementation of the new curriculum reform,the construction of mathematical models in Biology class has become a hot topic in educational research.However,the research on this aspect is not enough in China,in particular,there is short of specific cases that can directly guide the teaching,teachers can not get guidance.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to carry out the research of biology teaching in senior high school based on mathematical modeling theory.The author adopts the methods of literature research,action research and paper-pencil test to review the existing research at home and abroad.The combine the content of mathematical modeling theory to conduct research,combine the teaching material content,classify,design teaching plans,implement teaching and reflective teaching through classroom practice.Through the research,it is found that there are some deficiencies in the teaching of mathematical model in high school biology,although there are a lot of mathematical model resources,it is a big problem how to use it.Through the research on the theory of mathematical modeling,designing and implementing the teaching,the author finds that the theory is helpful to the teaching.Therefore,the author combined with his own research on the teaching of mathematical models of high school biology to give some tentative suggestions,hoping to have some guiding significance for the teaching of teachers.
