In the practice process of understanding the world and molding the world, we have created a method, to form a model, which is used as one means of the object studying. Model method means gaining the cognition about the object by the aid of the model. Some scientists point out that Model method is the key of modern sciences methods.Model method is one important way to make science operation and develop science thought. It is pointed out clearly in the biology course standard that when teaching biology in high school, with modules teachers can-enhance students' knowledge of model and train their ability in build and use a model.In Partâ… , the paper have set forth fundamental theory of biology models teaching in senior high school. The paper introduces the meaning and the method of model, the classification of biology models in high school and the concept of model-constructing in biology teaching. The paper also discussed the rules in model construction and some methods of different model-construction. Furthermore, the paper has expounded the value of model-construction in biology teaching in high school using some examples.In Partâ…¡, some model-construction practices during the teaching process are described. It introduces to us several representative cases on biology model-construction .Through the analysis of these cases, the author think that if someone understands model method rightly, he or she can apply model-construction perfectly in the senior biology teaching, who will be able to help a student to know model and model method , able to help a student to learn from reality, and to apply the model to solve a problem.Partâ…¢is a conclusion. By analyzing the cases, the author thinks that Model construction in senior biology teaching is beneficial to enhancing the quality of education; on the other hand, model-construction teaching is beneficial to improving students' ability to do scientific research. However, we should try to avoid some misunderstanding while using model-construction method to teach.
