Since 1980,China's new curriculum standards have been continuously promoted and reformed,and reflective teaching has become a new way of teaching in the field of education quite popular among scholars,experts,and front-line educators,while it also promotes the professional development of teachers.Reflective teaching refers to teachers' purposeful activities of thinking about their teaching process.It helps teachers constantly reflect on their teaching process,so that they can really learn how to teach,try to improve the effectiveness of their teaching practice and enhance their professionalism.From the available literature,it is easy to find that there are very few studies on reflective teaching in high school music appreciation classes.This dissertation explores the study of reflective teaching in high school music appreciation classes through literature research and case study methods,including the reasons for the selection of the topic,literature review,and the significance of the study.The first part outlines the theories related to reflective teaching from three aspects: the connotation,practice process,and significance of reflective teaching,and makes a comprehensive theoretical construction for the next examples of reflective teaching in high school music appreciation class.The second part selects the eighth section of the fourth unit of high school music appreciation class as an example to discuss the role of reflective teaching in each part from three aspects: before,during,and after the class,and at the same time makes specific analysis and gives some suggestions for the problems that arise before,during,and after the class.The third part discusses the limitations of reflective teaching in the process of implementation from both the music classroom and the teacher-student community,and the author gives suggestions and opinions for such limitations.Through this thesis,the author hopes to integrate reflective teaching theory into the teaching practice of high school music appreciation classes.From the process of practice,teachers will improve the degree of reflection on the courses they teach,the quality of teaching,and the effective reflection of students on their learning.
