The education ministry issued Music Curriculum Standard of Senior High School(2017)in 2018 which made it clear that the key literacy of music is composed of aesthetic sensation,artistic expression and cultural understanding.Music appreciation teaching is an important means to cultivate senior high school students' aesthetic sensation and cultural understanding,and thus the development of students' core literacy is greatly influenced the effects of teaching.Textbook pictures and musical works are among the top portion of music textbook.Textbook pictures,as an significant visual materials,contain abundant elements of aesthetic sensation and cultural understanding.However,most of teachers usually ignore the colorful pictures in their daily teaching class.In view of this,this thesis tries to analyze humanities value of textbook pictures in music appreciation teaching and to help teachers take advantage of textbook pictures and make them serve for music teaching,thus to cultivate senior high school students' music key competencies.This paper takes the senior high school music textbook Music appreciation which published by People' s English Press in 2019 as the subject of the study.The research explores the functionality of textbook pictures by employing literature analysis,statistical analysis,works analysis and summary of teaching experience.It clarifies humanities value is the central part of textbook pictures and puts forward four humanities reflections in textbook pictures.Besides,this paper analyzes and classifies the 206 pictures of the music textbook according to the content of these pictures.The different humanistic connotations of the seven types of textbook pictures such as scenes and characters were sorted out and analyzed in depth.On the basis of this,a systematic summary and refinement of the strategies for the realization and implementation of the humanity of the textbook pictures in the teaching of music appreciation were carried out.After research,it is found that there are some direct or indirect connections between textbook pictures and musical works.The connection between the two is the humanity of textbook pictures.To explore the connection between the two,you need to place textbook pictures in the background of their own times.A process of seeing,reading,thinking,and exploring is carried out in the context of its own presentation,and the humanity of the textbook pictures will be presented,and then the humanity of the textbook pictures can be realized in the teaching of music appreciation through suspicion,connection,and guidance.Reflect,implement,summarize and refine three teaching landing suggestions: one is to use the relationship between pictures to cause cognitive conflicts,and to construct a multi-dimensional inquiry teaching strategy from seeing and reading in order to create a multi-dimensional exploration space;Then,combining the multi-sensory experience of music aesthetics,the integrated teaching strategy of "tone" and "painting";the third is the in-depth teaching strategy of rationally designing teaching links,seizing the opportunity,creating opportunities,and taking the aesthetic value of science and culture as the guidance.
