Research On The Development Status And Countermeasures Of Youth Football Training Institutions In Tengchong

In March 2015,the general office of the State Council issued the notice of the general office of the State Council on printing and distributing the overall plan for the reform and development of Chinese football(GBF [2015] No.11),which put forward new requirements for the construction and operation mode of football clubs.At the same time,Yunnan Province also issued the implementation plan of football reform in Yunnan Province,which also proposed to encourage the establishment of local professional clubs and provided a series of support for the development of football.Youth football training institutions are an important carrier to implement various policies.Exploring their development status is bound to test whether they implement various policy requirements.This paper adopts a variety of research methods,including literature,interview,questionnaire,field investigation and mathematical statistics.Taking Tengchong youth football training institutions as the research object,this paper aims to analyze the distribution location,scale,operation and management,facility conditions and human resources of youth football training institutions,This paper discusses the basic situation of the development of youth football training institutions in Tengchong,and finds out the problems existing in the development process.So as to provide an important basis for the gradual optimization of youth football training institutions in Tengchong;Contribute to the construction of youth football training guarantee system in Yunnan Province;Cultivate qualified and reliable reserve talents for the development of Chinese football.Combined with the survey data analysis and field investigation results of the basic development of youth football training institutions in Tengchong,this study obtains the following research conclusions:(1)the distribution of youth football training institutions in Tengchong is concentrated and the scale is relatively small;(2)The overall operation and management situation is not optimistic,but the publicity methods are relatively rich;(3)The venues available for football training are limited,but the equipment used for training is guaranteed;(4)Coaches are dominated by part-time jobs,and the overall professional level is relatively low;(5)Students are greatly affected by internal motivation,and the overall learning effect is not ideal;(6)Students,parents and coaches are not satisfied with youth football training institutions.Based on the research conclusion of the development status of youth football training institutions in Tengchong,as well as the problems existing in their development,the specific countermeasures are as follows:(1)strengthen the interoperability between institutions and create local brands;(2)Introduce professional management talents and improve the operation and management mechanism;(3)Make full use of existing resources and flexibly build non-standard football fields;(4)Improve the entry threshold of coaches and enhance their professional level.
