Research On The Long-term Mechanism Of Cultivation Of Campus Football Talents In Yanbian Area From The Perspective Of Stakeholders

In 2015,Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture became the first experimental area of football reform in China,undertaking the mission of exploring the path from popularization to improvement of campus football.Yanbian area can become the first football reform pilot area because of the strong football atmosphere and high level of football talent.However,with the development of professional football in China,the outflow of campus football talents in Yanbian area is more serious in——,which is located in the old industrial zone of Northeast China,which has a great harm to the foundation of Yanbian football.On the one hand,some outstanding football talents are bought by various professional clubs in China;on the other hand,some outstanding football talents are influenced by their parents to give up the special training for further improvement.Through policy theory analysis and combined with expert interviews,there are contradictions in training from different perspectives in campus football in Yanbian.Whether the contradiction between learning and training is actively dealt with and solved directly affects the reserve and loss of campus football reserve talents.There are blind spots in the coordination and management between multiple departments,and there are consuming internal papers in the work of promoting government affairs.In the implementation process of guiding policies and documents,due to the weak economic foundation of Yanbian region,human resources and financial resources seriously restricted the development of campus football in other counties and cities outside Yanji City and Hunchun City.The contradiction between the expansion of campus football population and the intensity of campus teachers is increasingly obvious.In the development of campus football in Yanbian area,we can find its own many adverse factors,which are manifested as the reasonable allocation of people,money and things in the regional economic differences.However,in the process of changing the development mode of "combination of education and sports"to "integration of education and education",Yanbian area is full of complexity,sensitivity and difficulty of reform difficulties.The establishment of the long-term mechanism is to provide suggestions for the possibility of breaking the barriers of education and sports system and mechanism,and taking the joint governance of various competent departments,and for the in-depth reform of the "integration of sports and education" of Yanbian campus football.It is the orderly guarantee of the harmonious development of all parties and the orderly development of campus football in Yanbian.The construction of long-term mechanism has the principle of innovative,scientific and sustainable,meeting the needs of most interest groups to the maximum extent.We will establish a good framework for organizational development,rely on the system,take success as the criterion,and create more effective work efficiency.We will deal with the conflicts between learning and training,manage the registration of players and the reasonable flow of talents,improve the communication mechanism and feedback mechanism,and optimize the publicity environment and investment environment of campus football.The establishment of the long-term mechanism of campus football in Yanbian area is the joint effort of multi-level government linkage,guiding ideology reform and innovation,multi-department cooperation,expert supervision and feedback,social education,school teaching and family education.The long-term mechanism should be formulated with the development of society,the increase of football population and people's needs.The development of the integration of football,sports and education in Yanbian region must make the joint efforts of the government,departments,schools,families and society,and follow the development goals of reform and innovation,breaking barriers,laying a solid foundation and coordination and consensus.The increase of campus football population and the reserve of competitive reserve talents must be completed on the basis of hard study and scientific training.The diversified development of football players is necessary to create a smooth way to enter a higher school.Sports return to education is the realistic choice and inevitable trend of the integration of sports and education.The development of Yanbian football must be an important measure to drive the tourism economy and football professionalism process in Yanbian region.
