Analysis On The Influencing Factors Of The Development Of High Level Women Basketball Team In Northwest Universities

CUBA is the top basketball game for college students in China.Its full name is China University Basketball Association.Almost all colleges and universities in China participate in CUBA Basketball League.The league is divided into four regions: Northeast,Southeast,northwest and southwest,including men's and women's groups;The competition system draws lessons from mature leagues such as NBA,NCAA and CBA,and its events at each stage such as qualifier,division and finals have their own characteristics.However,for the Chinese College Basketball League,the development of each division is uneven,and the level differences between regions and colleges and universities still exist.This difference is more obvious in the women's group events.The reasons for this difference are diverse.If the high-level basketball team in Colleges and universities wants to make great progress,it needs to clearly locate its own development status and analyze the factors affecting the development of high-level basketball team,which is very important for the development of high-level basketball team in Colleges and universities.Using the methods of literature,questionnaire,data statistics and comparative analysis,this study takes the coaches and athletes of the high-level women's basketball team in the 21 st CUBA northwest competition area as the questionnaire survey object to analyze and study the influencing factors of the development of the high-level women's basketball team in the northwest competition area.The research conclusions are as follows:The strength of high-level women's basketball team in CUBA northwest division is relatively weak,and there is a certain gap compared with other division teams;The influencing factors of the development of high-level women's basketball team in CUBA northwest competition area are composed of three factors: athlete talent and skill factors,athlete training and competition experience factors,team management and coach factors.(1)Among the factors of athletes' talent and competition experience,height,weight,training years,competition experience and other factors have a direct impact on the development of high-level women's basketball team in CUBA northwest competition area.(2)Among the training factors,athletes' training time has a positive correlation with team development.(3)In terms of team management factors,the importance of the team and the enrollment policy directly determine the quality ofthe enrollment source,and also directly affect the development ofthe team.Based on the research results,relevant suggestions are put forward: in terms of team material selection,we should broaden the source of material selection,give consideration to personality and dynamics in terms of material selection standards,and select talents suitable for the direction of team construction;In terms of guidance and training,the team should first clarify the basketball thought from the bottom logic,improve the training system,adhere to the scientific training principles and improve the training quality;In terms of team management,the team should strengthen the construction of management personnel,strengthen the construction of coach team,build a coach team scientifically,pay attention to the allocation of team auxiliary personnel,strengthen ideological and moral management and pay more attention to enrollment.
