The professional degree of physical education teachers in colleges and universities is closely related to the quality of teaching.Certification system is an important way to promote the professional development of teachers in colleges and universities,and certification standards are quality assurance.How to improve and effectively implement the teacher qualification system is very important for the establishment of high-quality college physical education teachers,but also an important part of the establishment and improvement of teacher administration.For teachers,it is of great significance to improve their quality and social status.It is also of great significance to the attraction of PE teachers and the innovation and development of teaching.In order to build and strengthen the team of physical education teachers in colleges and universities in Henan Province,select excellent physical education teachers to enter colleges and universities,improve the level of physical education teaching in colleges and universities,and enhance the physical fitness of students,improve the comprehensive quality and perfect personality of school sports goals,the research on the qualification certification standards of physical education teachers in colleges and universities has important theoretical significance and practical value.At the same time,it also provides reference for the development of theoretical research on the qualification certification of physical education teachers in colleges and universities and the construction of the qualification certification standards of physical education teachers.The research adopts the methods of literature review,comparison and logical analysis to study the certification standards of physical education teachers in colleges and universities in Henan Province.Through combing the development process of the teacher qualification system since the founding of the People's Republic of China,and analyzing the development of the teacher qualification system in Henan Province,it summarizes the evolution law of the teacher qualification system in different development processes,as well as the differences between the certification of physical education teachers in colleges and universities in Henan Province and other cities.On this basis,it is of great significance to develop the certification standards of physical education teachers in colleges and universities in Henan Province,which is of great significance to cultivate high-quality physical education teachers in the new era,It provides reference for the improvement of the quality of college physical education teachers and teaching quality.Research indicates:(1)Since the founding of the People's Republic of China,the sports qualification system of physical education teachers in colleges and universities in China has been changing from general to specific and then to detailed.The quality requirements of physical education teachers in China have reached an unprecedented level,and there are higher requirements for the professional spirit quality,professional knowledge reserves and professional ability of physical education teachers.(2)In the past six years,the basic conditions of the application for the qualification of physical education teachers in colleges and universities in Henan Province have increased the requirements for the nationality of teachers,the location of teachers,teachers ' political ideology and morality,education and mandarin level.(3)By comparing the qualification certification conditions of physical education teachers in colleges and universities in Henan Province,Beijing,Shanghai and Guangdong Province,it is found that in the qualification certification assessment of physical education teachers in colleges and universities in Henan Province,the requirements of written examination and interview for teachers specialization are low,and teachers' mastery of professional theoretical knowledge cannot be fully understood.The content of teacher qualification certification is divorced from the actual demand.(4)The establishment of Henan Province in line with the reality of the theory and practice of combining college physical education teacher qualification certification standards,through the improvement of college physical education teacher qualification certification system,strengthen the college physical education teachers 'professional ability assessment,pay attention to the integration of pre-service and post-service training and teacher qualification certification training and regular registration as the basic principles and priorities,to build the basic strategy of Henan Province college physical education teacher qualification certification standards.(5)The accreditation standards of physical education teachers in colleges and universities in Henan Province are divided into external standards and internal standards.The three dimensions of professional spirit quality,professional knowledge reserve and professional ability are divided into 12 specific indicators and40 specific standards.According to the above research results,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)To cultivate and improve the professional ability of physical education teachers in colleges and universities in Henan Province,to realize the multi-dimensional development of teachers themselves and the comprehensive improvement of their comprehensive quality,and to improve the teaching quality.(2)According to the reality of Henan Province to build and improve the professional standard conditions,the professional standard structure model of physical education teachers in colleges and universities is formulated,and the unified certification standards of teacher qualification certification,entry,title evaluation and performance appraisal are established.(3)Construct the qualification certification standards for PE teachers in colleges and universities in Henan Province,draw lessons from foreign excellent experience,formulate the qualification certification standards for PE teachers suitable for the development of colleges and universities in Henan Province,and establish the specific goal of the professional development of PE teachers in colleges and universities in Henan Province.(4)The education department of Henan Province needs to increase the support and capital investment for the integration of pre-service and post-service training,establish an assessment system for teachers 'post-service education,optimize the assessment system,and improve the evaluation system to relevant and policy.(5)Physical education teachers in colleges and universities are included in the scope of regular registration,the establishment of information resources database,record the trajectory of teachers ' professional development,according to the results of the investigation to determine whether teachers have qualifications for continuing teaching and teachers.
