In the field of preschool education,early childhood physical education is an important topic in the initiation education,mainly through recreational activities for the initiation of young children.In recent years,although the development of early childhood physical education has been supported by many national policies and highly concerned by parents,it is still the weakest link in preschool education,and the main reason for its weakness is the lack of number and ability of early childhood physical education teachers.Accordingly,this article takes the current situation and training of preschool physical education teachers in Hubei Province as the research object,and randomly distributes questionnaires to kindergartens in 13 administrative districts in Hubei Province by using various methods such as literature,questionnaire,interview,observation and recording,mathematical and statistical methods,and comparative methods to investigate the basic situation of teachers,teachers' teaching skills,the development of physical education and The survey was conducted to investigate the social demand for early childhood physical education teachers,and to make a horizontal comparison with the training status of University of Physical Education in Taiwan and Guangxi Higher Institute of Early Childhood Education,so as to make reasonable suggestions for the training of early childhood physical education teachers in Hubei Province.The study found that: Hubei kindergarten teachers have a high awareness of early childhood sports,followed by Hubei Early Childhood Teacher Training College and Wuhan Institute of Sports Science and Technology,which have precise positioning of talent training objectives,clear direction for the position,and the content of the curriculum system basically meets the needs of training early childhood physical education teachers.However,there are still some problems in the cultivation of physical education teachers: from the quality point of view,the lack of ability of teachers in charge of courses leads to the gap between the effect of physical education courses and social needs;from the quantity point of view,there is a shortage of professional early childhood physical education teachers in Hubei Province,which cannot meet the actual demand.From the perspective of cultivation,the talent cultivation program of Hubei universities basically matches with the social demand,but the conversion rate is limited.Based on this,the following recommended conclusions are offered for the preparation of early childhood physical education teachers in Hubei Province.1.Higher education institutions in Hubei Province strengthen pre-service training:first,preschool education majors further increase the knowledge of physical education of the trainees and master a number of motor skills and related knowledge.Second,the curriculum of physical education majors adds knowledge related to the technical skills of teaching young children and the physiological characteristics of young children,which can enable students to master the physical development rules of young children,so as to design and create a physical education curriculum more suitable for young children to learn.Third,use higher education resources to promote cross-cultivation between preschool education and physical education disciplines.2.The current stage of kindergarten physical education teachers in Hubei Province to strengthen post-vocational training: first,to improve welfare benefits to attract professionals: second,to increase the skills training of existing teachers as a way to improve teachers' physical education teaching ability and special skills;third,for the upcoming new teachers,pre-service training,so that they can adapt to their positions as soon as possible.
