Since the implementation of the national fitness program,sports has been gradually valued by the public.The Ministry of education should start the pilot work of increasing PE academic level examination in senior high school academic level examination,gradually expand the pilot work,and comprehensively implement the construction of comprehensive evaluation system of college entrance examination.Physical education teachers are direct participants in the pilot work.They are responsible for strengthening the physical quality of students and improving the examination results of students' physical education academic level.This puts forward higher requirements for the work of physical education teachers,and more needs the government,society and schools to provide more material security and spiritual support for the work of physical education teachers.How to build a complete professional security system for physical education teachers is the basic requirement for the construction of high-quality professional and innovative physical education teachers,which is conducive to improving the specific status of physical education teachers in the society,increasing their work income,safeguarding their rights and interests,and improving the overall quality of Physical Education Teachers.Taking the professional security system of PE teachers in primary and secondary schools in Henan Province as the research object,this paper studies the problems existing in the professional security system of PE teachers in primary and secondary schools in Henan Province by using the methods of literature review,comparative analysis,interview and logical analysis,and puts forward the construction path.Hope to guide the development direction of primary and secondary school physical education teachers to a certain extent,promote the effective work of physical education teachers,make up for the defects of current theoretical research on physical education teachers.The results show that:(1)at present,the program of identifying the identity and professional status of primary and secondary school physical education teachers in Henan Province is not clear,so it is necessary to clarify the special identity of primary and secondary school physical education teachers,and identity is the necessary premise to establish their legal status;(2)According to the data obtained by the National Bureau of statistics,the annual average salary of primary and secondary school physical education teachers in Henan Province is far lower than the national average level;(3)Physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in Henan Province are lack of social training,have no time to receive continuing education,and it is difficult to promote their professional titles;(4)In the actual process of physical education teaching in primary and secondary schools,physical education teachers can only become the executors of the established teaching concept,mechanically repeat the established procedures,and lose the core of professional autonomy of teaching,which can not give full play to the teaching autonomy of physical education teachers;(5)Henan province lacks a set of effective exit standards for primary and secondary school physical education teachers,which makes the retirement treatment of physical education teachers can not be fully guaranteed.According to the research results,the following suggestions are put forward :(1)Henan Province should specially stipulate the status of primary and secondary school physical education teachers in school and society,and put forward a series of measures to protect the rights of primary and secondary school physical education teachers from infringement,and improve the corresponding supporting laws and regulations;(2)It is the key way to improve the social status of PE teachers in primary and secondary schools to continuously improve the salary management system of PE teachers in primary and secondary schools in order to improve the treatment of teachers.We should establish a systematic and sound supervision mechanism for the investment of education funds,guarantee the investment of education funds,constantly improve the professional treatment of teachers,and improve the salary of primary and secondary school physical education teachers;(3)Strengthen social attention,establish the social image of primary and secondary school physical education teachers,focus on the living environment and atmosphere of primary and secondary school physical education teachers;(4)Under the unified national curriculum standards,PE teachers in primary and secondary schools can make their own teaching plans and achieve teaching objectives;(5)Establish a sound evaluation system of PE Teachers' career termination in primary and secondary schools to ensure the basic life of PE teachers after retirement.
