With the extensive application of "Internet +" technology and the in-depth development of globalization in political,economic and cultural fields,the future development of countries is in urgent need of international talents.In the era of co-existence of cooperation and competition,talents are the primary productive force for national development,so the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities must be oriented to the world and the future.The level of educational development is closely depending on the quality of teachers.As the "cradle" of teacher training,normal colleges and universities play an important role in the internationalization of education,especially the normal students in it,who are the future teachers and take extremely important responsibilities and tasks.Therefore,the research on global competence cultivation of normal university students is of great significance to the transport of high-quality teacher resources in the future and to the improvement of talent cultivation quality in normal universities.In order for the country's future talents to have global competitiveness,it is necessary to cultivate the global competence of normal university students.This paper takes the normal university students in Jiangsu Province as the research object,and through the combing and research of relevant literature,it defines the global competence of normal university students operationally,and establishes it as the three themes of international issues,international culture and international connection.Under each theme,four dimensions of knowledge,ability,attitude and action are set respectively.According to these three themes,the questionnaire is designed in four dimensions.Through the investigation of normal university students in Jiangsu Province,the internal comparison is made between the theme dimensions of the recovered data,so as to explore the existing problems and influencing factors in the development process of global competence of normal university students.The results show that normal university students have better global education cognition ability.The level of global competence of normal university students varies in different target dimensions.The global competence of normal university students is related to their grade,school nature,subject and major,and has nothing to do with gender.At the same time,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of global competence development level of normal university students from three levels: school,teacher and student.Finally,based on the survey results,the author proposes targeted suggestions and countermeasures from schools,teachers and students to promote the development of global competence of normal university students in the era of "Internet + education".The school side requests to carry out the education idea,nature development motive force;Expand the carrier of international activities and consolidate the foundation stone of development;Establish a normal curriculum with the goal of "global competency training for normal students".On the part of teachers,it is required to change the concept of education and improve the global education consciousness of teachers.Strengthening teacher training and making good use of quality Internet resources;Stimulate innovative thinking and optimize teaching methods.Students are required to actively participate in international activities organized by the university to broaden their global vision.Make good use of Internet resources to strengthen foreign language learning;Build a cultural interaction platform to enrich the carrier of international education.
