Research On The Current Situation Of Disabled Competitive Sports In Jiangxi Province

Since the reform and opening up,Jiangxi Province disabled people sports has been developed rapidly,but there are still some problems to be solved.Therefore,it is very important to discuss the existing problems in depth.Therefore,accelerating the development of sports for disabled people in Jiangxi Province is the need of social development,and has certain theoretical and social significance of sports development.This paper takes coaches,athletes and relevant staff of Jiangxi disabled sports as the research object,and uses questionnaire survey,literature and field investigation methods to conduct in-depth investigation and analysis from the aspects of system management,competition performance,training facilities,project settings and relevant staff,The purpose of this paper is to understand the actual situation of the development of sports for disabled people in Jiangxi Province and the main problems in sustainable development,and then put forward the feasible reference suggestions.The results show that:(1)The management system of sports for disabled people in Jiangxi Province has been established initially,which effectively promotes the development of disabled sports,but its management mechanism and function development need to be improved.(2)Jiangxi Province disabled people sports events are well opened,but the development is very uneven,the advantage of the project is still very lack;coaches work objectives are clear,attitude is good,but there are still many problems for coaches,need to strengthen the construction of coaches;disabled athletes have low cultural level,age structure,less competition opportunities,retirement security and other issues.(3)Jiangxi Province disabled sports business management is relatively closed,social support is weak,resulting in the expenditure of funds too dependent on the input of government departments,and the government investment is decreasing year by year,which is very unfavorable for the training environment construction and the training of sports talents.(4)In recent years,the performance of Jiangxi disabled people's sports competition has improved,but there are also many problems.They rely too much on individual projects to win medals,and other projects are weak and small in scale.This situation is not conducive to the comprehensive and in-depth development of sports for disabled people in Jiangxi Province.(5)Although the training conditions of Jiangxi disabled sports team are improving,the professional high-tech auxiliary equipment and accessibility site are still lacking,and the replacement is slow,and there is a big gap between the needs of athletes and international standards.
