As a national aerospace scientific research institution,the Institute of S mainly provides the testing service of scientific research data and sell the scientific research products in models of system level or single level.Faced with the present L type of new normal in national economy and under the background of positive reform and transformation process of national military scientific research institutions,the Institute of S wishes to carry out effective scientific research team managements and team building patterns,and tries to set up a modern and mature technical team to deal with the contradiction between the increasing demand in the rapid development of enterprises and the outdated management system.Concerning the problems that,scientific research work is hard to quantify,personnel's structure is unreasonable,personnel's object is not explicit,evaluation of the team is poor,the personnel's enthusiasm is inadequate,and the performance management is single,the paper makes a study on the basis of the scientific research team management of Institute of S,which can be of great significance and provide reference of advanced management experience to other scientific research enterprises and related industries.First,the paper makes a brief introduction on the present situation of the management of scientific research team at home and abroad,and the basic concepts of team management as well as other relevant theories.Then through the analysis of the current situation of enterprise management and the main carriers,knowledge-workers,the paper introduces and analyzes the problems from the Institute of S.By means of further investigation and survey on the scientific research teams,the researcher figures out five evaluations,including members' cognition of the whole team,problems of knowledge sharing among team members,problems of members' comment on the team leader,team's status for the core work,and personal related problems of knowledge-workers.Second,combined with the interviews of the scientific research team's demand conducted by human resource department,the researcher further finds out the core problems existing in the enterprise management and effective solutions as well.With a comprehensive assessment of the Institute of S by means of correlation theories and based on the improvement direction for the future,the paper customizes the strategy for optimization,improves the team communication as well as team effectiveness,meanwhile puts forward the management strategies,improvement proposals and safeguard measures for the Institute of S.
