Research On Risk Management Of Sports Venues Network Operation Platform

With the rapid development of Internet technology,many industries have ushered in new opportunities.Industrial service transformation and integrated development will become a major trend,and venue service transformation will also usher in new opportunities and challenges.In response to the support of relevant policies and the increasingly exposed management risks in the operation and management of traditional venues,Internet technology has received a positive response from the majority of venue managers.While obtaining positive benefits,they have to consider the risks of the venue network operation model.therefore,through the methods of literature review,expert interview,mathematical statistics,fuzzy theory and analytic hierarchy process,taking the network operation platform of Shanghai Oriental Sports Center as an example,this paper makes an in-depth study on the potential risks existing in the network operation platform of sports venues.The main contents and research results are as follows: 1)identify the risk factors of the network operation platform of stadiums and gymnasiums;according to the environment of the network operation of stadiums and gymnasiums,carry out the risk assessment of the network operation platform of stadiums and gymnasiums from the information security level of the operation platform;according to the information security evaluation standards and existing research,combined with expert opinions,determine the risk indicators of the network operation platform of stadiums and gymnasiums as four first level indicators Indicators(threat,vulnerability,means of protection and severity of consequences)and 24 secondary indicators.2)This paper analyzes and evaluates the risk factors of the network operation platform of stadiums and gymnasiums,constructs the hierarchical structure model of the risk index system of the network operation platform of stadiums and gymnasiums by using the analytic hierarchy process,evaluates the importance of the two indexes by experts,and constructs the judgment matrix according to the 9-scale method,and calculates the weight table of the risk index system of the network operation platform of stadiums and gymnasiums,in which the vulnerability is the most important The risk weight coefficient of category is the largest,the risk weight coefficient of protection means category is the second,and the risk weight coefficient of consequence severity category is the smallest.Then the top 10 risk indexes of importance ranking are personnel security,data backup,hardware security,encryption measures,physical equipment security,service interruption and prohibition,and software security This paper only puts forward the corresponding risk response strategies for these relatively important risk factors.3)The overall risk level of the venue network operation platform of Shanghai Oriental Sports Center is evaluated;the overall risk of the platform is medium by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.4)According to the principle of risk importance,it is suggested to adopt risk transfer strategy for personnel security,hardware security and physical equipment security;it is suggested to adopt risk aversion strategy for service interruption and prohibition and service deterioration;it is suggested to adopt risk mitigation strategy for data backup,encryption measures,anti hacker measures and bypass control For software security,it is suggested to adopt the strategy of risk retention.5)This paper puts forward the following three suggestions:(1)strengthen the awareness of risk management;(2)establish the organizational structure of risk management;(3)set up a sound risk management mechanism.This paper aims to provide a scientific and effective theoretical reference for the risk management of sports venues network operation platform,and also provide a reliable guarantee for the sustainable development of sports venues network operation platform in the future.
