Research On The Development Of Rural Spontaneous Mass Sports Organization In Shangcai County Under The Rural Revitalization Strategy

In order to clarify the current situation of the development of rural spontaneous mass sports organizations in Shangcai County and the opportunities and development path under the Rural Revitalization Strategy.By using the methods of literature,interview,questionnaire,field survey and mathematical statistics,this paper makes a field survey on the development of rural spontaneous mass sports organizations in Shangcai County.The results show that:(1)Most of the members are rural left behind women aged 46-59 with primary school education or below,and their average monthly income is 1100 yuan or below,mainly for entertainment(2)The number of people participating in 1-3 competitions is the largest.The activity venues are mainly cultural square and open space.The average annual sports consumption of the members is 50 yuan or less.The main sports items are fitness square dance.The most sports organizations are 3-4 times a week and 31-60 minutes each time(3)Characteristics: the basic conditions for developing sports are relatively backward;Regional development;Mainly small-scale organization;The entry threshold is low and the management is loose(4)The dilemma: members have a short vision and attach importance to personal interests;Lack of funds;The organization management is not perfect;Lack of professional guidance personnel(5)Opportunities under the strategy of Rural Revitalization:promoting economic development through industrial upgrading,providing material support for the development of spontaneous mass sports organizations;Improve the quality of management personnel,play the leading role of the core figures;Enhance the cultural quality of members;To strengthen the management of grass-roots party building on rural spontaneous mass sports organizations,(6)path: to create a good development environment driven by the guidance of the government;Improve the operation ability of the organization;Guarantee operation funds;Improve the quality of the team;Sports events will be held in villages and towns.
